This hotel has it all. Plenty of shops and restaurants within it. Modern styles, friendly staff and most of all they treat you like a customer instead of cattle. We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency in Waikiki. Our room was located on the 36th floor with a lanai and beautiful ocean views. Great hotel room and ocean view. Great location across from the beach, near restaurants, shops and some nightlife. Nice hotel pool and spa's. Long walk from the main entrance to the check in desk. Two of four elevators were out of service one night and hallway carpet needed shampooing (beach sand). more
