The hotel is not all that nice and new. Some of the towers are pretty old. I had lots of starbucks coffee and snacks, not because I loved them but because there was naot much more worth having. My husband & I stayed here as first time Hilton Grand Vacation Club Owners and first time to Hawaii tourists. We loved it! The grounds over 22 acres are very pretty. There is lots of shopping but very high-end so be prepared to spend more than normal if you buy there.
