Our only "problem" was the fact that we did not have housekeeping while our stay. Had to call and order clean towels. other then this everything else was fine. had a good time in Hawaii. Will definataly go again!!

The timeshares at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club is just terrific! All the comforts of home, yet just steps away from Waikiki Beach and shopping! The resort has everything you need so you can just spend your entire stay without leaving the property. Swimming pools galore, fitness center, beach, Friday night fireworks, great restaurants!

We love this property. The staff make us feel like this is our home away from home. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the location. The only negative I have is the food and drink prices are high.

Had the best time ever--loved the beach, the hotel was excellent, so beautiful with all it amenities. Fabulous meals with Luau and outside bars were awesome. Had something to do everyday with entertainment, shopping and beach activities. Had a wonderful time--especially for the cost. Everything right there.

We stayed at the Lagoon Tower in May in a one-bedroom suite and were very disappointed. The real problem was the carpet and the dated AC system. The carpet needed to be cleaned big time.
