Our room was on the 18th floor, with an ocean view, excellent bed, clean, mini frig, daily paper, new beach towels, new elevators with a security card system, and a balcony to greet the morning sunrise or watch the fireworks on Friday night. However, the very BEST aspect of this hotel is the employees!!!!!!! Shawn T, Roy, Troy, Peter, Victor... More

Coming from Canada with a weak currency, we were looking for an economic stay in Waikiki. I looked at travel websites for months and finally found a decent deal through their website on Cyber Monday. The hotel is centrally located on Kuhio Avenue (landmark is the IHOP) and close to everything. Despite my dislike for resort fees, I was a... More

It's a nice hotel at Waikiki beach. Stayed there for 3 days from 9th January till 12th January. Got an ocean view , though little far but it was nice. Room we got was equipped with a little fridge and basic amenities but if we had microwave also then it would have been much better to heat up some food.... More

I really liked this hotel. It was close to everything and you could use your room key to ride the trolley around places close to Waikikki Beach. The front desk people were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

I've stayed here a few times in the past and am always satisfied. Room 1623 had an ok view and was very quiet. The ac worked well and was quiet also. The staff was extremely courteous and efficient from check in to check out. All of our needs were met. Pros: Easy parking, fast check in, courteous staff, quiet and... More

Stayed here during thanksgiving weekend and when checking in our room wasn't ready so was offered one of the family rooms in the old wing of the building, it may have been a little dated but I was impressed with the layout of the room. It has 2 singles in a L shape with tv as you enter and a... More

I recently stayed in this hotel after a cruise around the Hawaiian Islands. My friend, who was celebrating her 80th birthday, and I arrived at the hotel at around 10am and were warmly greeted by Pam at reception. Even though check in was not until later that afternoon, Pam found us a room on the 18th floor - what a... More

Superb location, great staff, clean rooms, large rooms, convenient and cheap parking, it has at all for the 3 star. Do yourself a favour and book this saving cash for the restaurants and shops of Waikiki. Pretty much true of all the Outrigger properties I've stayed at really. Great for families too!

Upon arrival staff at the front desk were not too friendly which was a bit of a disappointment after just coming off a long haul flight. There was three lifts in the hotel though for most of our stay only one managed to work though when it did it was extremely slow and we were better off taking the stairs... More
