This is such an awesome place to stay in Waikiki. Located right opposite the park, and Waikiki shore (hence the name 'Park Shore') this hotel offers something quite different from the crowded resorts along the shoreline. It's nestled right on the corner of the end of the main strip, opposite Waikiki Beach and is a much quieter and relaxed area... More

My wife and I tried to fly back to Tucson on standby but couldn't catch a flight. We went online and quickly booked a room for one more night in Waikiki. We couldn't have been any happier with our hotel! The location of the Park Shore is amazing, right next to the Honolulu Zoo and with a stunning view of... More

we really enjoyed this hotel, from the open air lobby to the guava juice welcome drink. We had a spacious room, although others we saw were smaller. Ocean view you can just sit on your balcony and watch the shore. Right across the street from the ocean and close to restaurants and stores. No hotel restaurant, but connected by a... More

There were 2 main reasons why I chose this hotel: location and price. I wanted to be as close to the beach as possible with a view of the ocean without spending a fortune. I may have received an upgrade at the nearby Marriott but I wanted a guaranteed great view for our last few nights in Hawaii so I... More

My wife and I stayed at the Park Shore for a week and loved every minute. We've stayed several times in Waikiki at various places and this is our favorite. The hotel is on the edge of Queen Kapiolani Park, one of the largest and prettiest municipal parks in Honolulu, with a zoo, aquarium and miles of paths for strolling.... More

It's the last hotel on the "strip" with uninterrupted views of Diamond Head and Kuhio Beach. Feels like the locals prefer this side as opposed to Waikiki beach. Enjoyed watching the locals play beach volleyball almost daily and locals jumping off the Waikiki Beach Walls. Whilst not realising it was the end of the strip, the walking up and down... More

We stayed at the Park Shore at the end of January, 2015. The room was a bit on the small side, but the views of Diamond Head and the ocean were amazing from the spacious lanai. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. The safe in our room stopped working at 9 pm on a Saturday... More

The Park Shore is an older but clean and well located hotel with FREE Wi Fi at the end of the Waikiki strip. Service was always prompt and staff congenial. An easy walk into Waikiki and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The local buses cost $2.50 and get you to Sea Life Park, Diamond Head hiking track (impressive) and... More

We walked in hot and tired. They handed us a cup of cold water or Juice along with a cool washrag to run over our face. This is one example of a staff that is focused on the customers. The room we got was smallish, but we weren't spending much time in the room anyway. It was comfortable, clean and... More
