My husband and I loved the Park Shore plaza. It's right across the street from Waikiki Beach. Guests can sign out some beat up very low beach chairs. Better than nothing. The sunsets are priceless. Rooms have mini fridges in them. There's an outdoor pool on the 6th floor roof, but we went to the beach instead. It's next to... More

I was a little put off on how far this hotel was from the main part of town, but in the end, I loved it! We initially had a very small room facing the south end tower, but I asked for an upgrade, and they happily complied. Our new rooms faced the ocean, and it was such an amazing room!... More

Great location. Being at the end of the strip, you will have legitimate ocean and Diamond Head views. At this end, too, you will have easy beach access. The beach further down by the other hotels is narrow and difficult to access if you aren't staying at one of the beachfront properties. Also easy to get in and out of... More

Our travel agent booked us here for four nights, and it was a great choice. We were upgraded to a 14th floor suite with a balcony that overlooked the ocean, the park, and Diamond Head. The mattress was comfortable, the AC was soft, the shower was great along with lots of conditioner, lotion, shower jell, and soap. We also loved... More

I just checked in......I am only staying for around 12 hours but decided to splurge for an "Ocean Front" room.....after being put in a room with a view of the "back yard" ....I went straight back to the front desk......they moved me very quickly and the clerks were friendly----however, I am looking at a nice view of the pol and... I've been bringing university students to this hotel for about 10 years on and off (sometimes the prices are too high), and have to say it's my favorite place to stay on Waikiki. Right at the edge of the strip, it's not down in the center of things, but that's a feature, not a flaw. It's a modest hotel with... More

My husband and I stayed at the Park Shore Waikiki for one night, and we were comfortable there. The room had the amenities we needed and a lovely view of the beach and a park from the balcony. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it wasn't too bad. Very close to the Honolulu Zoo, which was nice. We checked... More

We like being off the main (noisy) strip in Waikiki and this was a good hotel for what we were looking for. The property is older and shows its age a bit. The rooms were comfortable, the bed was okay (not great). Even being on the end of the strip it was a bit noisy (even on the 10th floor).... More

I read ALL the reviews on this hotel after I booked. Typically, we stay at any of the Category 6 and higher Marriotts or the Fairmont. This time, based on what was available for packages, I chose this location for the cleanliness rating, courteous service, quiet factor compared to all other touristy hotels, and proximity to waikiki beach. The value... More

My husband, two adult children (one male and one female) and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights which included New Years Eve. We had two rooms and both were comfortable with two double beds in each even though our room was supposed to have a king bed but more importantly suited our children as they shared a room.... More
