Got my Iphone 3G stolen from my room during the day I was at the beach. Neither police nor hotel security and insurance company did something helpful. I was using the safe, but phone must be recharged sometimes. Didn't receive any reimbursement and even official apology. I started coming to Hawaii a few years ago and always stay at this hotel. The view is the best, without all the beach traffic noise and the park across the street is heaven and easy access to everything is wonderful. So far I have not even thought of staying anywhere but here and the staff is very kind. more

Hotel is in a decent location, 10 minute walk to either the beach or the shops.
