We met someone in the elevator that said they were unhappy with their room, but ours was spottless with a wall mounted flat screen TV ( only local channels)- but who goes for the TV. Looks like a newly renovated room. The walk is 50 yards to the beach. And you have never seen Diamond Head until you view it... more

Be Aware that this is a Gay Hotel and Lounge. So be prepared, also its very noise and very old with bad pluming. lots of crickets in all rooms, you can smell the insecticide at all times. Bottom line stay away unless you are a gay on a budget !!!! more

Worse sleeping room I have ever stayed in! Grungy. dirty, bad bed, poor pillows, TV remote did not work, poor service.Toilet did not work. This room felt like Hawaii. the price was right and the room was spotlessly clean. I saw a few other rooms and each is individualize, but we still like this room the best.
