Our group had 2 separate reservations (in consecutive confirmation numbers) for our recent 2 night stay. Sadly, when we showed up at check-in, they were only expecting 1 room. No worries, because Roxie at the front desk was able to fix everything and gave the second room on the same floor. Best part, she was able to honor the same... More

The hotel is at the end of Waikiki beach and is right next to Kapiolani Park, the Honolulu Zoo , Aquarium, Waikiki beach volleyball courts and the many eating spots of the Kapahulu area. The rooms are tight and the beds are stiff as well as the underground parking. But this is the closest to the Waikiki beach as your... More

First of all, this building has multiple units in it. I am only rating the Castle Resort owned/operated units NOT the private aparthotel units owned and rented out by private owners. I stayed in #704. Very nice room for a great price. I want to commend Roxy Cordero Front Desk Representative for going above and beyond in helping me with... More

We booked this thru Castle Resorts. Mistake.. I can't believe anyone even rated this property 3 stars. Old.. Ok, we can live with old if it's updated. The room we were in, which was charged as an ocean view kitchenette, was so small, the only seating was outside on the vey small balcony. Ocean view? We were facing the zoo... More

I recently spent one month holiday at this hotel. No one told me that on the second floor there was a gay bar called Hulas. So there was plenty of noise and action in the lounge with patrons going up to the bar?/!! The room that I rented had not been updated. It was your basic carpeted 1970s style with... More

I stayed at their studio, clean, cute space with a balcony that has beach view.It has a small kitchen but I didn't have time to use any of it. It's 5 minutes walk to the beach, quiet at night since it's not on the main shopping street. Starbucks right downstairs and tons of CVS for your personal needs. Wifi service was... More

An old property, with signs of renovation here and there. An effort is underway to sell off individual rooms as condos, therefore guests here may be renting someone's condo or a normal hotel room. Because it's old, the concrete jungle that is Waikiki has almost surrounded it and would have were it not for the fact that it's across the... More
