The staff was very nice and pleasant at all times. The room was clean however could use some updating. Within walking distance to beach and shopping galore, if you want to go out of the area The Bus is a good option. I'd stay here again the price was reasonalble. more

A comfortable hotel out of the "rat race" and noise of Waikiki proper but a short walk to everything. The rooms are a bit tired but the beds are great and the showers are hot and the sauna is terrific. The biggest complaint I have about this hotel is that the bathroom doors are slatted doors. In the regular rooms they are also about a step away from the bed. The hotel was well prepared and organized for our group of 18 teenagers and a suite for our chaperones. The staff was outstanding and the hotel pool was excellent for the teens. The Sunday breakfast was outstanding -price was great and the food was delicious with lots of choices. Valet parking was great. more

The lower (cheaper) floors need some remodeling, although they are perfectly fine; but the upper (more expensive) floors are simply amazing. Waikiki is expensive, and this place is a great deal. I especially liked the fact that it is quiet enough to open the door and there is minimnal traffic noise. It is also very close to De Russy Beach.... more
