We stayed there for 10 days in two rooms and were pleased with our choice. We weren't as concerned about the size of the room as some other reviewers, as this is Hawaii, and who wants to spend their stay in the room? We were in the room for sleeping and changing - that's about it. Some reviewer have complained... more

We stayed here in late May this year. The location of the hotel is superb, right in the middle of everything. I honestly could not believe how close to Waikiki beach we were. There is some noise from outside in the early evening, which would be the same in every hotel in the area, and with the patio doors shut... more

We got a really good price from the OHANA website, and thought that the place could not possibly live up to the positive reviews. A block from the beach? In Waikiki? For that price? It lived up to the reviews, and then some. One of the most pleasant hotel experiences I have had in a long time. Everything was good.... more

We stayed at the Beachcomber June 2009. We were in room 807 and it was very quiet. For the price the hotel was great. The room was nice and the location was wonderful. We just walked across to Waikiki beach. As an aside, I left a DVD player in the room. I realized this at the airport. I called the... more

So the location is great. A block from Waikiki Beach. Hit the strip, walk to the beach, do anything down here. You can read the reviews from the other travellers on the location. It is pretty good for the price. The rooms are ok. Nothing to be overly excited about. Wired Internet is free which was nice. Jimmy Buffet's restaurant... more

We spent 4 days in Waikiki at the lovely Ohana Waikiki Beachcomber. Everything we needed was there or close by. We were on the top floor with a view of Diamond Head and Waikiki. The kids loved the pool. The bar was great right by the pool - drinking Mai Tais by the pool was awesome. Also the music by... more

Best location for the price. On the main shopping strip of Honolulu, opposite Sheraton Hotel, next to International Market Place with cheap food courts. Just cross the street, you can walk straight to Waikiki Beach through the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. Very busy at night time, great for people watching. Family friendly. Discount for the excellent 'Magic of Polynesia' show... more

My sister and I stayed here for six days last week. Everything was absolutely great: front desk service, housekeeping, the restaurant. We were very close to the beach, to the International Market, and to restaurants. We could walk to the zoo and the aquarium, as well as a block over to Kuhio Avenue to catch TheBus to anywhere we couldn't... more

This hotel is right in the middle of the action. You step out of the hotel and you are steps from the beach, all the shops and resteraunts, the nightlife is all right there. The International Marketplace is right around the corner. The rooms fairly clean. The beds-small and uncomfortable. The pillows are foam rubber, so are the blankets (remember... more
