Expedia gave me false information about my room accommadations but the manager in reservations did everything possible to make things right without any extra chage. My 9 night stay was great. It is a wonderful value for the budget conscious guest.

descent location close enough to the beach and a Kuhio shops, Clean hotel, sufficient facilities, overpriced parking, timely house keeping No bells or whistles come with your room. A simple window unit AC, a bed, tiny television, and an older shower.over all i would recommend and i would stay there again,

$96 + $22 resort later from hotels.com, I could have booked a higher class hotel than this Motel 6 with a ridiculous resort amenity fee that states the following as perks: - Free local and toll free calls - A water bottle to fill because there's no free water - In room safe - Cutting edge Internet - Laundry facility... Dear Badwolfys, I do apologize that you did not truly enjoy your stay. Our amenity fee is a great value considering: that the water bottles reduce our footprint on the enviornment and we offer refrigerated/filtered water stations; the bicycles we have available would help you enjoy a nice bike ride down to the beach or nearby parks; using your room... Writing this review in the hotel, I'm so annoyed. My brother and I hardly slept last night. We could hear the ding of the elevator every time someone cane up or down. Seriously its a quiet bell, but every time.. Ding! And every word spoken in the hall was clearly audible. Sirens all night! The air conditioner is louder than... More

This hotel is old, dated and not very clean. Our 12 year old who is a seasoned traveller said 'its a little sketchy' here and that about sums it up. The walls are dinged up and have been spot painted with a different color. The bedding and towels could not be considered white. The air conditioner never really cooled the... More

Let's start by saying the staff are really friendly, and helpful. But that is really where it ends. Our one bedroom suite on the 11 floor had a reasonable view with only three or four high-rise blocking the view back to the beach. If you could get the sliding door open you could use the balcony - managed to cut... More

Dear Victor H, It saddens me that your stay was not a complete "bullseye" for you. I'm glad to hear the staff showed you our Aloha spirit. I'm currently having someone look into the room you last stayed in to address your balcony door and paint needs. The amenities offered through our amenity fee program are also being double checked... Had an overnight lay over in Honolulu on my way to Australia. The hotels near the airport are very expense and are of questionable quality and are not close to any restaurants, so I opted to take a taxi into Waikiki to spend the night. Round trip taxi is close to $100 so be prepared. I have been to Waikiki... More

The Front Desk staff, especially Shandell, was very welcoming and friendly - the epitome of Aloha Spirit. I had requested a specific room, and they made sure that I got it even though I was paying a lower rate. The housekeeping staff (for example Virgie, Cora, and Henry) were always helpful and friendly and the room was always cleaned properly.... More
