The was our first time at the Pilgrim House Inn. The old building has been well kept. All three floors are clean and neat. There is a roof deck where guest can enjoy a harbor view breakfast as well as relaxing at any time of day or night. The inn is only a block from the waterfront. Innkeepers Barry and... More

Location is the best thing about the Pilgrim House. They have a rooftop deck where you can see the boats and nearby church steeple. You can walk down to the main shopping and eating area. Perfect. The inn is nestled among period homes and buildings. If you love historic type inns you will love it here. Along with this are... More

Selected the Inn via their website all the way from the UK. Looked perfect from the pictures but on arrival the decor suited a poor quality B&B in some tacky England coastal resort rather than an historical Victorian Inn in Newport. There weee bunnies everywhere, soft toys in the bedroom and bunny ornaments all over the house, creepy! Whilst the verandah... More

Great, inexpensive bed and breakfast. Fantastic staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms. I will be going back. The Pilgrim House Inn is themed to cute bunnies, which is a nice plus. Had a great Valentine's Day weekend there!

I chose this b&b because of the wonderful reviews. I too can say, we had a lovely time. The innkeepers are very nice, and willing to please. Our room was small, but that didn't bother us. The upstairs area for breakfast is very nice, the view is amazing! The pilgrim inn is also in a great location, walking distance to... More

We must be missing something about this place because the previous reviews of this place do not describe our experience here. My husband and I wanted to get away for a day, so we took the Orient Point ferry from Long Island to New London and drove to Newport, Rhode Island. The town was lovely, and had so many things... Usally a little critical of vacation accommodations ,I was absolutely delighted by the facility. Its ambiance, charm and outstanding service was a halmark for this B&B. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by their free breakfast each morning .The host na hostess were always ready to serve you in ANY way they could from toasting your bagel to reseaching... More

My husband and I visited Newport to see Jeff Dunham, a ventriloquist playing at at the Yacht Club comedy series. We had stayed at the Pilgrim House before due to the central location of the Inn and close proximity to town. 1st and foremost the Inn is extremely clean, tastefully decorated in addition to being well organized. Books are plentiful,... More

We recently stayed at the Pilgrim Inn in Newport. I have never stayed in a B&B before but if they are anything like this one, I will never stay anywhere else. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were exactly as they appeared on the internet, clean and comfortable. Linens are changed every other day, all freshly pressed and... More

My hubby and I just got back from another fantastic stay in Newport for our anniversary - it was made fantastic by our hosts Barry & Deb at the Pilgrim House Inn! This was our 3rd visit and 3rd stay at the Pilgrim House, which feels like home! Barry & Deb have wonderful suggestions for restaurants and activities - both... More
