Just returned from a quick weekend getaway in Newport. Our stay at the Black Duck Inn was pleasant. We enjoyed the room, "The Champagne Suite", with a jacuzzi bathtub and gas fireplace. Me and my girlfriend found the Black Duck online when we were researching Newport Inns and came across the Black Duck. It had a modern look and a great location to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was great and was prepared perfectly. We would definitely come back again. more

If you plan on doing the tourist thing in Newport then I recommend the Black Duck Inn for your lodging.
