There are four separate buildings for this property, each it's own Inn. We stayed at the Brinley Victorian Inn the first night, and had a hart time of it. The room was small and cramped, the window nearest the bed had no curtains or blinds, the mattress was very uncomfortable (so much so that it was very hard to get... More

Stayed at the Brinely Victorian on recommendation and were very disappointed. I must admit it is a great value, the room was spacious, but it was sparsely decorated and the TV only received 3 or 4 channels. Also had trouble connecting to the internet. We were near the dining area and it was very noisy in the early morning. The... More

My husband and I just returned from a getaway to Newport and stayed at the Inns on Bellevue. Specifically we stayed in room 114 at the Manor. I was a little apprehensive with the mixed reviews as well as the structure of how the inn is run being slightly different than a traditional Bed and Breakfast. First I must say... More

Having read this review, I am well aware of the circumstances regarding this interaction. Dale noted this in the log book, and called me at home to mention the incident. The phone connection was very poor from our end, and he was unable to hear anything other than a muddled voice through terrible static. The connection was so poor that... More

First of all it was the best deal in town, location was fantastic! I booked the junior suite on-line and received a call 5 days later that they overbooked and had a Queen w/sofa room available and it was $20 less per night. I wasn't happy about that but said it was ok. The room was Queen7. The room was... More

First and foremost,a great location. It is within easy walking distance to all of the downtown and the international tennis hall of fame.A quick drive to the mansions.Breakfast is absolutely the best.I would absolutely stay there again. The price is also quite reasonable.

The location could not have been better. The rooms certainly are small, however. "European style". We did not spend much time in the room, so that was not an issue. All three properties are located within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and a really nice coffee shop called Empire Tea and Coffee- definitely check it out if you're in the... More

We booked the Bellview Manor last minute on a Sunday afternoon after pricing many hotels in Newport. This was much more reasonable, and included parking and breakfast which the hotels do not. The lady on the phone was very nice and booked us a junior sweet. It was very nice, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It was a short walk to... More

Stayed at the Brinley Victorian for the Folk Festival weekend. Yes, Newport is a very expensive destination, so this was a great option. The inn is very reasonable compared to other properties in Newport, so I did not expect much. I was very pleasantly surprised. Full buffet breakfast, awesome location, nice friendly staff. So happy. Last time I stayed at... More

We stayed here for two nights the end of June and enjoyed the location of the B & B very much. Everything was within a 10 minute walking distance to the downtown area and there were a few restaurants and shops just across the street from the Inn. The accommodations were unique and cute. We stayed in the Brinley house,... More
