The reviews we read must have been written by the owner or manager because we experienced non of the it. We stayed in the house on Spring St. and the same dirty mop was in the kitchen the whole time. The place was dirty and not in good repair. The refrigerator, counters, floor and stove were filthy. The room we... More

From the time the manager, Peter, called me to confirm my reservation I knew I made a great decision in where to stay. The level of customer service was what I expect when staying at a Ritz Carlton. I was able to drop off my vehicle and go out for lunch before I even checked in. The location is perfect,... More

There are TONS of Bed and Breakfasts in Newport and it can definitely be a challenge to figure out exactly which one to go to. Pearls of Newport can quite literally be summed up in one word "Amazing". We literally stumbled across this location while walking up Pelham Street. It is centrally located to the village area's restaurants, shops and... More

Very disappointed. Room was in a separate house from the main house. No common area. Very noisy due to Spring St traffic in the morning. No bath towels; had to call 5 times to get someone to answer and waited 15 mins for them to deliver the towels. The TV remote didn't work. Long wait to get into our room... More

I stayed at the Pearls of Newport this past weekend. What a great place! Our room was great- it had a large living and bedroom separated by a long hallway and bathroom (Suite 7). The location of the hotel is a short 5 minute walk to downtown where you can find so many restaurants and shops. There is parking on... More

Pearls is a group of houses connected by a shared courtyard that collectively make up this ideally located B&B. Having visited Newport many times over the years, this is by far the best location, very short 1/4 mile walk to downtown. Reasonably priced rooms include free parking too. Breakfast was tasty although it seemed odd they were out of the... More

Great stay - 2min walk to the water and some of he best restaurants in town. You can walk to the breakers within 20mins which is very nice. Rooms are nice size and are classic design. Our corner room overlooked gardens very nice. Breakfast in the morning is what the chef is making that day - all very good. Friendly... More

I am posting this review at a later date...my husband and I have stayed at Pearls several times. We love the rooms-very romantic. Ray and the other staff members are kind and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful. Can not wait to return.

What can we say... Ray the owner is amazing... the place is clean.. the room huge and fantastic ! Ralph Lauren bedding and such attention to detail. They offer a great breakfast... beach passes... and health club passes. All the employees seem to genuinely care about your stay. So rare ! We didn't want to leave !
