I am posting this review at a later date...my husband and I have stayed at Pearls several times. We love the rooms-very romantic. Ray and the other staff members are kind and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful. Can not wait to return.

What can we say... Ray the owner is amazing... the place is clean.. the room huge and fantastic ! Ralph Lauren bedding and such attention to detail. They offer a great breakfast... beach passes... and health club passes. All the employees seem to genuinely care about your stay. So rare ! We didn't want to leave !

Such a charming boutique hotel - we absolutely fell in love and are excited for our next trip back! Ray, the owner, is full of great information about the area. He is happy to help with anything you may need and seems to truly love what he does. Highly recommended.

Ray, the owner, is a very gentle and helpful person. You feel at Pearls like at home. Being at one corner of the port, you have access to a pool and fitness club, to a nice private beach, and at walking distance to the Mansions. We just had a very great time!

My daughter and I stopped at Pearls on our way up to Boston and had a delightful stay. Peter greeted us and after showing us our suite served us a glass of wine on the patio behind our building and gave us some tips about the area. The suite was extremely comfortable and well appointed - I had a hard... More

We found Pearls last-minute for a 3-day weekend getaway to Newport. Relative to most of the other accommodations in Newport, Pearls was also very inexpensive. I had no idea what we would be getting for that price! Right from check-in, we met Ray, who is one of the most hospitable people I have ever met. He brought us to our... More

Ray and Peter were incredible hosts and made our weekend extra special. Pearls is perfectly imperfect with beautiful and thoughtfully appointed guest suits and a whimsical garden for afternoon prosecco. We plan to visit again soon!

I love Newport and have traveled there often but never overnight. Deciding last minute to book a room with my boyfriend for a quick trip, I was concerned about the prices. Most places did not offer much for the price but Pearls did! The building is nestled on Pelham Street and if you aren't paying attention you will drive right... More

We found the place, on a relatively quiet street in Newport, and were pleasantly surprised by free, convenient parking. Ray, and the staff provided a warm welcome, complete with a complementary bottle of chardonnay. The room was impeccable, with a king size bed and pullout mattress- giving us a homey, charming feel. We could easily walk to the shops, and... More

My husband, his niece, her husband and I just came back from spending two fabulous nights at this magical place. Ray and his staff are welcoming, warm and wonderful. They went out of their way at every turn to make certain that all of our needs were met. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the meals were superb and we couldn't... More
