I only stayed here through RCI timeshare exchange since there was nothing closer to Boston. Dark and dingy rooms, outdated furniture, and a general run down look and feel. Since this was a business trip did not use any of the facilities. This does not even rate a Silver Crown RCI rating. Just awful in every sense of the word.

Nice place love coming places off season and Newport off-season is great! Resort was okay. I can now say I went to Newport! Next!
