We made reservations with booking.com for two rooms for a last minute escape to newport with my parents. On arrival it was clear only one room was available, and that it couldn't reasonably accommodate four adults. We were told by the inn that our money would be refunded and that it might take several business days. That was July 5.... More

My daughter and I never get tired of visiting the Bayberry Inn. We always find the Inn fresh and clean, and the inn keeper Cindy is friendly, welcoming, and she is what makes the Inn such a Special place! Please don't go anywhere Cindy! We love the afternoon tea with the fresh baked cookies!

Just came back from a weekend at the Bayberry Inn. The place is dreary, tired and desperately in need of a facelift. My room was dirty, there were old, dirty socks stuck to the baseboard heater and the room was dusty and grim. The bathroom was downright dangerous as the shower steps were totally slippery. While I never saw the... More

This was a delightful and inviting bed and breakfast - very clean, beautifully appointed, excellent breakfast and extra special touches. We will definitely want to return. It was also perfectly located to walk into town or up to the Tennis Hall of Fame area - and not on a busy street.

What a great spot! Cindy and Ashley were so attentive to our needs...they even offered to pick us up from the Ferry. We were on west coast time so they let us sleep and saved our warm breakfast past 10am. Bayberry suite with the jacuzzi tub was the perfect cure for our what we needed! Loved it!

I highly recommend staying at the Bayberry Inn! It was reasonably priced compared to other hotels and B&Bs in Newport, and the reservation and check-in process were both very easy. The inn was so cute and we loved the cat who hung out on the front porch. I forget her name but we called her Socks. We stayed in the... More

My girlfriend and I loved the Bayberry Inn. Cindy our inn keeper was an outstanding hostess. She made us feel welcome immediately. The place is spotless. Our room (The Honeymoon Suite) was awesome. The morning breakfast was out of this world. We can't say enough about this wonderful inn. It's within a 10 min walk to almost anywhere. They have... More

We love Newport and have returned to stay once again to Bayberry Inn. Cindy . innkeeper is incredible for customer service. She treats everyone like family. Red room is delightful. We love the history of the house and how it is in walking distance to Newport. Will be returning. ..
