One of the best B&B's we have ever stayed in. The Harbor View Suite is HUGE. Comfy bed, personal TV, whirlpool tub, and a gourmet breakfast to boot. Only 2 blocks from beautiful Newport. Can't wait to go back! more

Pat, the innkeeper, went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Her cooking was excellent along with her knowledge on various subjects. Our room, as well as the whole inn, was very, very clean and comfortable. The inn is also within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants.
