I just spent two nights in the Carrie In Paris Suite. The Inn is one of the best I have stayed in....and I have stayed in many! First, the location-a few short blocks put you to the famous Newport Wharf area, and it is located on the same street as the historic mansions. You are right in the historic district... more

owners were great, any special requests were granted. nice rooms. we enjoyed the st. pattys dinner at Griswolds Tavern down the street. the inn is a close walk(few blocks) to the wharfs. off street parking is in the rear of the inn more

I have been going to Newport for over 10 years. I have stayed at the Hydrangea house 9 times out of ten. There is no other bed and breakfast that I would rather stay at. The innkeepers, Grant and Dennis are warm and so welcoming to there guests. You feel like family as soon as you walk in the door.... more

Once again the Hydrangea House Inn proved to be a fantastic choice. As soon as we walked in the door we knew that we were home--a home away from home. We had a great stay at the Hydrangea House B&B! The owner Dennis was very friendly, and helpful in suggesting sights to see.
