This is a great place to stay. We ended up here at the last minute when plans at a local bed and breakfast fell through (an e-mail misunderstanding about whether we had a room reserved). Pelham Court was amazing; the decor was perfect, the amenities provided above my expectations. Although it is located in downtown Newport, it is in a very quiet location.
