Stayed at the Homewood Suites for a shopping weekend with my family. The hotel was still pretty new looking until we got to our room (214) the bed wood support was broken and there was a hole the wall. The microwave smelled like someone was cooking xxx. Hot tub was so hot couldn't stay in any longer than two minutes... more

Only one wing of non smoking rooms. The room had an overwhelming smell of smoke. I thought this was a new property but the carpeting is worn, cigarette burn on the comforter (etc). If you smoke this may be acceptable but for me if was not. Needless to say I won't be back. more

The rooms are very clean .. they are spacious. I stayed in an apartment with one room .. There was complimentary wi-fi internet.. The breakfast was also complimentary with a wide spread.. We had to spend an extra day in Buffalo. The Hampton where we stayed could not give us another day, all booked. They referred us to the Homewood Suites. Overall a great stay. We went there for shopping and it was definitely central to the box stores and the mall. There is also a grocery store nearby if you need to purchase food during your stay. I decent hotel conveniently located near the airport. The staff was helpful but not overly friendly. Clean rooms well, nice funishings and the fireplaces were a nice touch. We used the pool on two nights and it was very good, clean, plenty of towels although the water was a little cold. more

I stayed here for four nights and it was a great experience. My room had a fireplace which was awesome on cool autumn nights! The room was nicely furnished and was comfortable.
