Great arrival and continued front desk service throughout my stay. The rooms are used up a little for a doubletree, good location and cheap valet parking. more

I come to Buffalo a lot for business, and usually stay downtown. The reason I booked this hotel was because of the courtesy shuttle. Well, don't believe the hype, as the shuttle is frequently late and unreliable. It's a shame because the hotel itself is not that bad, with most of the staff being very friendly. At 3:30pm Saturday 27... more

Everything in this hotel looked used and worn; like everything had been cleaned once too often in order to avoid the cost of replacing it just yet. You can almost hear grandpa’s voice: “It’s still good. It can be fixed.” This attitude may be okay for grandpa, but not for a $200/night hotel. The room was dark, the A/C unit... more

This was the first time staying at the Doubletree in Buffalo. I was in for business in the area. The location is rough to say the least with what seemed like little to do around it. I checked in around 3 o'clock and was quickly checked in by the front desk and sent on my way. When I opened the... more

This isn't exactly a happening or touristy corner of Buffalo - this is right across the street from Buffalo General Hospital and connected to the Roswell Park Cancer Institute. However, if you're looking for surprisingly good value for money lodgings and an amazing staff who are doing their very best to make you feel welcome, then you're definitely in the... more

I travel 200+ nights a year, and have been coming to the DoubleTree Hotel in Buffalo for over 8 months now. In that span of time, I have seen the hotel evolve from being ordinary to becoming an exceptional standard for the industry! The staff I encountered this January were absolutely incredible, as if everyone went to "Smile School" and... more

We went for the 4th of July long weekend. The location is pretty scary and the whole area looks like a ghost town. It is good for people going to the hospital or the cancer institute. Food options are limited. Directions are confusing. We would have never reached if not for the GPS system. The printed maps we had were... more

I stay at this location every time I am in Buffalo. I travel there a great deal for work. The Staff is fantastic, food is limited but great, and the rooms are safe and clean. more

I stayed here using HHonors Points. It is located next to Roswell Cancer Center and across from Buffalo General Hospital. First of all we asked for an early check in and they took our number and told us they would call. They never did. We arrived back at the hotel at 2:40pm and were told that check in was at... more

Spent one night here so my boyfriend could run the Buffalo Marathon. Room was clean and large, if a little dated. Hallways were clean as well. For the money, the room was perfectly fine. A few issues, however- the walls seem to be rather thin, as I was able to make out full conversations when our neighbours were on the... more
