One of my biggest regrets was not asking to change rooms the instant we walked into ours, but as it was just one night it didn't seem worth the hassle. We stayed here as a stop over and also because it was walking distance to the Chop House. The room was very comfortable and had quite modern decor. That's where... More

At first I was a little disappointed with the hotel, but I think it was because we were on a multi-city trip and had just come from hotels a grade above the Holiday Inn. But for its price-point and location, the Holiday Inn Buffalo was more than serviceable. The rooms were clean and a problem with a slow draining sink... More

This is a traditional Holiday Inn that has obviously been renovated. The original structural things, like the metal frame doors are still there, but the carpeting and furnishings have all been redone. And the beds are like the HI Express - big and comfy. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and bar combo serving breakfast and dinner. A separate bar/lounge... More

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Buffalo for the Springsteen concert. The hotel was OK for a one-night stay. Bathroom was dingy and dirty (hair in the sink, shower had mold, door moldings were rusty). The room was clean and adequate for the short time that we were in it. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Check-in... More

If you want to see Niagra Falls but don't want to go to Canada then this hotel is really good, although the Canada side is great with a really good fun visitor centre. I would recommend the Birth of the Falls Experience (can't remember what its called) and the behind the falls tunnels. It's weird and exciting too. Back to... More

I stayed at the downtown Holiday Inn while taking part in the annual Buffalo Garden Walk. I had stayed at a Holiday in the burbs in 2010 and wanted a more central location. I booked this Holiday Inn primarily because of the location. I could just walk from the hotel to many of the gardens on display. That was a... More

I was booted out of this place a year ago. Yeah..my brother and I were coming back from a night of boozing on Allen St. and some canadiens asked us if we wanted to continue partying, the answer was yes, absolutely. Apparently the canadiens had already been warned to keep it down ( we didnt know ) so they booted... More

I stayed for 4 nights this December for a family get together. After reading some of the previous reviews I was somewhat worried. However I am pleased to say that I was very pleasantly surprised. The public areas of the hotel have clearly been recently renovated, and are very nice. Our room was very nice and spacious, although a bit... More

I stayed here recently for three nights. Hotel is very convenient to everything I wanted to do in Buffalo. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The lobby is not particularly large but is comfortable and the restaurant was quite nice. I would stay again.
