This hotel is great when in Buffalo. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. A wonderful pool during the summer months. It is an outdoor pool. The restaurant is great for breakfast. Good high speed internet as well. I will stay here again when in Buffalo. more

Hotel is well used but clean. Beds, pillows, sheets and amenities were good. Bathroom needs upgrading, cracked tiles, caulking turned black in some areas and paint on doors has been spilt on the floor. Staff very nice and helpful. If you are looking for a restful stay do not go on the eve or day of a Sabres game or... more

When my husband and I checked in, we noticed the major multi-room party happening on our floor (#3). Before unpacking, we called down to the front desk, and asked if this was going to be a problem as we were in town for my husband’s mother’s funeral, and needed quiet time for rest. I was assured that these parties, happening... more

I was in town with my wife to enroll my daughter at Buffalo State College. After a long bus ride, I was impressed by the fact that not only did they offer shuttle service to the hotel, but that they allowed us to check in 5 hours early. The front desk was courteous, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Check-in was a... more

The Holiday Inn was the hotel chosen by my family for our 2008 Family Reunion. Our stay there was horrible. Maggie Connelly who is suppose to be a manager there lied to us about our room not being available for the next day because it had been reserved by another party. When we got back from our family outing. Ms.... more

After visiting Niagara and staying at the Skyline Inn (which was great) we stayed a week at the Holiday Inn Downtown. Check-in was prompt and courteous. The room was very clean and decorated in very nice colors and fabrics. The beds were comfortable. They had a coffee station on the dresser instead of in the bathroom (which I find repelling).... more

The hotel was not luxurious or impressive, but my standards are not too high so I thought it would be ok. At over 150 dollars a night, I expect clean and comfortable. The room was damp and smelled a little earthy. The carpet seemed dirty, so I kept my sandals on. Over all it seemed ok until the following morning... more

I was in Buffalo on personal business for two days and was referred to the Holiday Inn by locals. Although a convenient location to get to and to where I needed to be and also to see the Niagara Falls attractions and the price wasn’t bad, the room AC was outdated and ran either too hot or too cold. It... more

I stay in hotels about 200 nights every year. This hotel has to be the loudest of any of them. I was there twice in two weeks and got no sleep either time. I realize the hotel can't control other guests, but both times, I had doors slamming constantly through the night. The hotel doesn't seem to have anything on... more

I needed a place to stay for the Dallas Cowboys Buffalo Bills Monday night game and having never been to Buffalo and realizing (no offense) that Buffalo/Niagara did not offer the type of hotels I have come to expect from the Chicago's and San Antonio's of the US I was not really sure what I was getting in to. I... more
