Cozy, comfortable and relaxing with a great atmosphere! In a nice residential neighborhood with a very friendly neighbor. Breakfast was delicious and Chris very kind. Awesome showers too! Also a great place if you are at all interested in architect Frank Lloyd Wright, there is a definite theme going on here with many interesting books. Excellent stay overall!

Beautiful B&B, with charming rooms, excellent hospitality and a delicious breakfast! Stayed in the Jewett room with the most amazing bathroom featuring heated floors, huge tiled shower and claw foot tub. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay. The host, Chris was attentive to our needs. He prepared a great breakfast each morning. The house was warm despite the cold. Our room was exposed so a space heater was provided for us. This way we could control the temperature. The shower was great despite the age of the house. The house was awesome ,... More

Wish we had had more time to enjoy this beautiful century B&B, located in a lovely neighbourhood in Buffalo. My son and I stayed in the Woodward room due to a hockey tournament. It was very spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. Chris was friendly and made the most beautiful French toast with fresh fruit. Definitely high end... More

Chris was very accommodating and welcoming for our last minute getaway. We couldn't have been more comfortable and cozy in his beautiful B&B on a pretty winter weekend. The breakfast he prepared was like something from a cooking magazine; stuffed mascarpone French toast with delicious plump fresh strawberries and blueberries in his Victorian dining room with soft music, looking out... My boyfriend and I stayed here for my bday weekend trip home.. Our room (Summit Room) was adorable!! Super cozy, very clean, warm, and private. Chris the owner did everything possible to make us feel comfortable, cooked special for us, had a fridge avbl for us, and was an overall sweetheart. This will be our regular place to stay when... There is always a warm welcome from Chris at the Parkside House. A stay in this beautifully restored Victorian home will leave you with a true appreciation of the Parkside neighborhood in a location perfect to experience Buffalo's rich culture.

I had to make a quick business trip to Buffalo. I didn't feel like staying in a hotel and wanted something close to my work location and, quite frankly, I wanted someone to make me breakfast in the morning. The Parkside House turned out to be the perfect place for me. I also liked that it's near two Frank Lloyd... More

I consulted TripAdvisor for help with a Christmas present for my boyfriend, and I was delighted to find The Parkside. I wanted to have a short little staycation weekend, and this was the perfect place to do just that. The charm and attention to detail was evident from our very first step inside, and I continued to be impressed throughout... More

What a treat to find the Parkside. On a very cold weekend, it was like being wrapped in a very cozy blanket. We spent two nights, the day between being occupied with the Buffalo/Toronto district round of the Metropolitan Opera's national auditions, 41 singers. We got great sleeps in the very comfy bed and Chris's breakfasts were spectacular -- French... More
