Having stayed at a lot of hotels in and around Buffalo, I have to say the new Embassy Suites is by far the best hotel! The hotel used to be an office building so the rooms are enormous! with lots of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows, also the rooms had free Internet and lots of work space... more

We went to Buffalo for a hockey game and stayed for Friday night. Staff (front desk, valet and restaurant) are excellent, food is good, suite is clean and spacious especially the hotel itself is newly renovated in July. However, noise is a BIG issue. The hotel is cozy, rooms are spaciois, the staff is friendly and very helpful especially Ashley, Jamall and Justin. This is a very nice hotel, cavernous rooms, comfortable beds, attractive lobby - everything brand new. One irritating glitch, however - We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was fine, but when we finished we had to wait forever to get the bill and then wait forever for them to process it. We were thoroughly surprised to find such a modern comfortable stay in Downtown Buffalo. Staff were friendly and curteous. Rooms were Clean and modern. Nice, modern lobby/bar. Would certainly stay here again as long as the price remains right. more

The property was beautiful, spacious and well designed. The lobby and rooms were large and clean. The hotel has all of the modern facilities you desire and is in a great location in downtown buffalo. The staff however appear to lack training and were not as professional as I would expect. It seems that many staff do not really understand... more
