These owners need to be booted out of this hotel...I do believe it's a front for something very shady...rude desk clerks...no communication regarding problems...they scam everybody..must need the money..they lie thru their teeth..there is no maintenance on the weekends to fix anything...no heat in the apt that I rented..do not go to the Lenox if you know what's good for... more
