Lovely and quaint historic hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Pink send black vintage bathrooms. 8th floor with lovely view of this historic section of town. Microwave, coffee pot fridge and freezer, table for 2 - no hair dryers, but lots of closet space, iron. - very clean - no hair dryers - the staff are exceptionally friendly. There are many tenants... Lenox Hotel is a solid three star. It's located in a nice, safe, and historic part of Buffalo, Allentown. Close to some interesting bars and restaurants and the famous Anchor Bar. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Plus there's a fridge if you want to stock it. Staff is pleasant and happy to provide local tips and information. There's a... More

Not worth your money! This hotel has no comparable hotel amenities for the market, nor does it have the employees to support a hospitable environment. The room was extremely small and did not have any cold water. The front desk stated that they "mixed" their water lines and gave a long list of specific instructions on how to get a... More

The Lenox has that classic look and feel of a time when travel was elegant and engaging. It's a high rise in a quiet area near downtown, not on an awful commercial boulevard where most hotels seem to gather these days. There is a lovely, high reception desk at the top of the stairs in the lobby, with the old... More

Only stayed here for one night, we had planned 2 but having a flight delayed we missed out connection to Buffalo and couldn't stay. We got there on the second day at around 11am and told them the situation. The manager said that it was all fine, she had already cancelled our reservation for the day before and was only... More

I truly enjoyed my stay at The Lenox Hotel. The staff is truly pleasant and professional and the Lenox Grille is outstanding. Especially the 12 oz burger. 300 beer menu, mind blowing. The room was clean and remarkably quiet. All around a truly enjoyable experience. The location is perfect to walk Elmwood, visit a few local restaurants and The Albright... More

This is an OLD hotel...if you are looking for the typical cookie cutter Hyatt/Marriott/Hilton, pay $150-200 more a night and stay there. This is a JOINT...the vibe is funky and eclectic (think hipster). There are 104 apartments in this hotel, so it is occupied by full time residents who were all VERY friendly. The staff is fun, helpful and hilarious... More

We spent 1 night in Buffalo to visit Niagra Falls and Stayed at this charming hotel. The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Dog friendly and the park across the street is a wonderful place to visit. There is great gardens with fountains and fruit trees that go on and on. We... More

Me and a friend booked this hotel as we needed a place to stay for a concert we were attending at the Ralph Wilson stadium. It was roughly £70 a night which was pretty cheap considering most of the hotels in the area were booked due to said concert. The hotel is in an OK location next to a Walgreens,... More

The location of this hotel was great for my needs, it had a pretty lobby and the pub downstairs was convenient for a late night snack. They will even deliver to your room. Other than that the hotel itself is disappointing. When we went to shower there was only hot water. We tried letting the cold water side run to... More
