As a native, yet displaced, Buffalonian, I was eager to show my fiance, on his maiden trip to Buffalo, a wonderful experience. Staying at The Mansion on Delaware was a perfect choice! The detail to attention is exceptional . I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. I wish I knew of more places like The Mansion in other cities, but, as... More

Stayed one night (Saturday) in december during pre-Christmas family visits. I grew up in Buffalo and have enviously wondered how cool it would be to stay at this place. Now that I live far away and travel as a couple, our visit before Christmas was a great opportunity to check the place out. We stayed in a standard queen bed... More

What a wonderful overnight stay. The moment you arrive at this historic hotel you are greeted by staff who take your bags, park your car and escort you to your room. A 2 hour cocktail hour is next and then you are chauffeured to a great restaurant of your choice. The rooms are meticulously designed to combine history with modern... More

Was at the mansion on the weekend and loved the old school charm with modern rooms . Great service and great rooms. Upon arrival everyone was very helpful and showed us all the great things they had to offer. Honour bar which was nice and very cozy by the fireplace. Car service in the area to get to dinner amazing... More

My daughter and I stayed here on our way to a wedding in Ohio. A drink from the "Honor" bar in the pool room was perfect for the end of a long trip. The room was lovely and the artwork in the main hallway was beautiful. The next day the person at the desk went over and above the call... More

Boutique hotel with first class service including top shelf cocktail hour and car service to nearby restaurants. Wonderful breakfast in the morning. All sorts of fruits, breads, juices, salmon and too many more to list. Planning another visit soon .

Service is not just impeccable, but feels genuine, and anticipate what we wanted. The location (just a block from the best bar in Buffalo) was great too. This is the best in Buffalo in our opinion, but it did not get a 5* as it was relatively pricey and some of the rooms are impacted by the noise when they... More

My husband and I stayed here, along with another couple, after a Buffalo Bills Game on November 9. While the hotel is pricy -- $200/night-- the service is outstanding and you certainly get what you pay for. Beginning with a top-shelf happy hour, where you are invited to pour your own drinks, or have the butler mix you something up.... More

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights before a friend's wedding in May. The owner of the hotel personally showed us to our room. The staff was adorable. We had fresh chocolate chip cookies in our room upon arrival and great service throughout the hotel stay and wedding arrangements. Nice big bathroom with fancy tub. The building... More

The service is impeccable, staff is friendly and down to earth. The rooms are huge, unique, n two rooms are alike. Mine had a fireplace. Breakfast is so-so, there are only a few tables to sit and some guests waking up from wedding parties are too noisy and annoying catching up with "Uncle Bb from Syracuse" types. The place is...
