My daughter and I stayed here as a base before and after a Grand Canyon adventure. On the outside--an older place. It is kept up meticulously. Rooms spacious and comfortable. The restaurant had just a fantastic breakfast and was told by other staying the dinner was great. What really stood out to me was just how courteous/helpful/professional everyone was. From... More

If you need to rest up before the big hike in the Grand Canyon, you might as well book a room at Little America. It is a lovely hotel--possibly the only lovely hotel in Flagstaff. The pool is huge and the spa is therapeutic. Rooms are spacious and attractive too. In the morning, you can even take off on a... More

We have stayed here several times and find it offers consistently friendly service, nice rooms and a good location. Ask for a room in the rear to avoid interstate highway noise. These rooms also look out on the hotel's private forested acreage. We took one of the hiking trails after dinner through this forest and it was very pleasant. We... More

It looks like a motor lodge when you pull in, but once you hit the lobby you'll see what the fuss is about. This is an older hotel, and I say that as a compliment. The rooms are way too large, the bathroom too big, and they obviously haven't had any "corporate efficiency experts" in to advise. Sure the stuff... More

We stayed for two nights during our Route 66 road trip. Our room was beautiful with a lovely outlook towards the pool and woodland. It was well equipped and a great size. The only thing that very slightly let the room down was the bathroom; it was very clean just very dated in appearance compared to the room. We ate... More

We booked this room for one night and wished we could have stayed longer! After a long drive from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon and back, it was fun and relaxing to stay at Little America Flagstaff. Our room was huge and even the bathroom got rave reviews from the eleven year-old. "The bathroom is off the hook!" she exclaimed... More

I spend a night here before a backpacking trip in the grand canyon. I did not know what to expect based on the name- and I had very low expectations. But I was actually really shocked at how much I loved this hotel! It felt like stepping back in time to the 1950's but in the best possible way. Really... More

The friendly staff makes you feel like you are at home. It's a large property, with several buildings which are semi-connected. About the only minor complaint I'd have is that the parking lot is confusing - but certainly this did not spoil the stay. It's right off the highway with plenty of places to eat nearby. The decor is early-American,... More

The little America Hotel provide clean simple accommodation with a small amount of period furniture to make you feel an old America vibe. Certainly not 5 star accommodation but is comfortable and makes you feel at home which is what you want after a long day driving.

Big rooms and bathroom with a separate sink and mirror area besides the large one in the bathroom. Bit of a funky shower, but quite comfortable and spacious. Two sitting chairs, large TV, 4 comfortable pillows per bed, and a work table with chair. Can't ask for much more. Any guest would be pleasantly surprised, And .....very clean. But please... More
