My husband and I stayed here 2 nights while in town for a Wildland Trekking Hiking tour, as they had recommended it to us. The price was quite reasonable and we both absolutely LOVED the restaurant. The food was so good, even after continuing on to an all inclusive trip in Cabo Mexico afterwards we both agreed our favorite meal... More

The hotel was great. rooms were very clean, beds comfy with feather pillows, plenty of soft white fluffy towels. Decor was a little dated but very nice just the same. The grounds were beautiful and well cared for. We took the hiking trail and saw lots of wild life and many beautiful wild flowers. I would stay there again in... More

When they say conveniently located right off the highway, they mean that you can see and hear the traffic going by on I-10. The mention of woods and hiking trails implied to us that it would be a bit more isolated. Our rooms were very, very clean, but were last decorated in the mid-1970s. Marketed differently, it would be considered... More

This is a wonderful hotel. We visited it on a road trip in the South West, and stayed 4 nights, really wished it could have been longer. It has real American charm. Set in (really) beautiful grounds, with a great outdoor pool. There is a 2 mile walk in the forest that belongs to the hotel. The staff are friendly,... More

This was our second visit to this classic Flagstaff Hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The outdoor pool, hot tub and park like grounds inviting and quiet. It is centrally located and fairly reasonably priced. We enjoyed visiting the Tiffany Tree Lounge for drinks while we were staying at Little America. I would advise getting a room facing the... More

Very plesant hotel in friendly environment. We stayed for two days and its location and spacious room was perfect for our family. The pool inside the forest - fantastic. Style of the room is old fashioned but consistent. Best place to start visit in Arizona.

Stayed for a couple of nights, rather dated decor but good quality and spacious rooms. Bed rather hard which broke our sleep. Had breakfast buffet v tasty and comfy chairs in dinning room. Did the nature trail 2 miles through pine trees nice. Pool lovely and big with fluffy white towels- help yourself:) basketball court really good for teenage boys... More

Ummm....timelessness has its attributes in the right venue, but this borders on surreal. A mix of circa 1970 hotel finery mixed with disturbing faux French country decor is completely misplaced in the region of the Grand Canyon and the natural and Native American wonders that surround it. Ok, and what is the deal with the penguins? Overpriced for attributes that... More

This is definitely one of those places which should be sampled by anyone taking I-40/route 66 through this part of the west. It is a motel, a restaurant, a resort, and more situated in a beautiful setting just off the interestate (and it truly is just off the interestate). Although the prices for the rooms are not in the basic,... More
