Arrived in Flagstaff about 6 pm and due to low lighting in the town found in difficult to find location of motels advertised in roomsaver. We came across this Days Inn, the foyer and common area are very pleasant but the manager certainly isn't. He was very rude when I asked if I could use a coupon he said no-one... more

They need to wash the blankets and have the air conditioner fixed. The carpet was filthy. My daughter could not walk around bare foot. The room was clean the bathroom was clean. And the room did not have that over powering 'air freshner' smell. I usually stay at this days inn because it does not stink. But I think that... more

I have been viewing Trip Advisor for years and in that time have stayed in many hotels both on business and leisure. No hotel has ever compelled me to sign up and leave a review. However, after staying at this Days Inn I just had to warn others about it. I checked in and the person who checked me in... more

The hotel is run down, it looks like a seedy motel straight out of the movie Psycho. Whoever designed the place clearly did not have a clue, it is right at the side of the railroad and all night all you get is trains and their horns. For whatever reason only known to the architect the rooms have front walls... more

started well with the surly man behind the counter, had to go back as our room wasnt made up at 5.30 spent an hour in the car waiting for it to be finished, when we did eventually get in, they had sprayed some sort of air freshener presumably to cover up the smell from the carpet. SOme genius has designed... more

I was originally a little worried about this older hotel. Sure it was on Route 66... The lobby area was immaculate. The front desk staff was very courteous and professional. Our room was sufficiently comfortable. Again, this hotel is nostalgic... I expected worse... My only real complaint came from our neighbor in the room next door. Every time she went... more

At one time this was a decent motel, but now has numerous problems. The door into the room could not be closed without slamming, the free WIFI was extremely slow (probably an attempt to force you to pay for the faster version), and the staff was not especially friendly. When we arrived an hour early, we were simply told the... more

This is an ok budget motel with a few exceptions-- first if you get a room at the back of the hotel it looks like park space but do not be fooled---it is a major train line.During the night trains climb up a slope into the city. It is very noisy. I was awoken several times each night. The rooms... more

We stayed here about 5 years ago and like it well enough to stay again on a family trip this time. Next time we'll look for something a little nicer but for the price this Day's in isn't bad. The rooms have been updated since we were last here. New wall paper, carpet, and solid surface counter top/shower surround/floor. It's... more
