Very clean and convenient - right off the interstate. Rooms comfortable and bathrooms spotless. Stayed one night on the way to the Grand Canyon. Check out the new New Frontiers grocery store at Butler and Sawmill - great selection of organic produce at low prices. Good place to stock up before the Grand Canyon. more

Stayed here for 4 nights while we explored northern Arizona. Picked this hotel based on previous reviews. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet (train noise was very faint in the distance). The room had a small refrigerator and a microwave and was spacious for the two of us. The windows open also which is nice for the fresh air. The... more

Arrived to smiling very nice front desk staff. Check-in was a breeze had fresh cookies. In the morning they had muffins. The room was nice, clean and very quiet. The room also had a microwave with small refrigerator. They had a small pool which the small kids really enjoyed. They offered breakfast in the morning but we ate at Cocos... more

They were completely sold out of king rooms except for the handicapped room. So we booked and it was ok. The breakfast was below average and the room was fair. I would still consider staying in Hilton's Garden Inn elsewhere, but not this one. more

Room was clean and maintained. Mini frig and microwave in room. A night light, that was part of the hairdryer unit in bthrm was a nice feature, especially with young children getting up in the middle of the night to use the toilet. Quiet stay. Hotel is close to many restaurants. Shower had good water pressure. They charge $9.95/adult and... more

I am a Hilton Honor Gold member so I had the choice of this hotel or the Hampton Inn & Suites. I chose this hotel for the fact that the breakfast (which is free for HH Gold members) is usually cooked to order, however, this particular hotel offered buffet style only. The buffet was fine though. Check-in was fine and... more

We had booked the Polar Express train (Williams, AZ www.thetrain.com) trip last year and had already decided that we would stay in Flagstaff vs the Grand Canyon railway hotel which is part of the Polar Express package after our last expericene there. We arrived the Hilton Garden about 2pm and were greeted by the friendly staff. They had "fresh" muffins... more

We booked the Hilton Garden Inn because the Hampton Inn was full and we took advice from other reviews on this website about staying away from the noise of the trains (they hoot all night). The check in process was friendly and welcoming and the room very comfortable. Our only negative comment on our arrival would be that the Hilton... more

The beds were hard as rocks, but I know some people prefer them to be firm. The room was clean, and perfectly comfortable, but not fancy. It wasn't that quiet - the walls are pretty thin, and you could hear the water running next door, the tv going, etc. They did have cookies at check-in, but they looked old and... more
