had to come on an unexpected trip and needed cheap room. Check in staff was wonderful and very helpful. Told us there was new owner and to post here. Room was ok for the price. Needs some renovating. No working pop machines and I wasn't about to drink the water. Not looking forward to listening to the train all night... more

I usually travel and stay in 'budget' type motels. Traveling with kids and being on a budget, I'm always looking for a "no frills" good deal. Besides, we're just in the room to sleep and shower, so we don't need anyting too fancy. However, this one was the worst by far and I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.... more

During my move from NY to San Diego, I booked online through travelocity for Americana Inn. I was a little skeptical due to the bad reviews for the hotel. But when I got there, I was taken care of for the $40 I paid. The room is like a upgraded motel 6 type room. The carpet was clean, I let... more

We have never been so disrespected in our lives! The owner and the manager were extremely rude and told us it was actually costing them money for us to stay at their hotel! Their breakfast is a JOKE!!! It's like waking up to some honey buns cut in half! We worked with Orbitz to set up the reservation. When we... more

The service is horrible, you can't understand the English spoken by the Inian owned rat trap! They are very rude and are LIARS!!!!!!They will try and screw you by double charging you and playing games that if you paid in advance they didn't get the information and if you book on line through Orbitz etc... they will tell you the... more

Pile of ice and snow from several days ago was never cleared and blocked the stairway and made walking hazardous. First thing upon entering was strong mold smell. Room was filthy. Three out of five lights didn't work. Ancient television didn't work. Advertised wireless internet was non-existent. I checked the bed...mattress was saggy and stained dirty sheets smelled of smoke.... more

This is the worst ever hotel I stayed in my whole life. When we went there around 7PM it was like 5 Degree F and while we were checking in there were 2 people complaining that room heater is not working and the manager was providing them a small bathroom heater. To my surprise the our room heater worked okay,... more

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are terrible. There was mold buildup every where in the room. The front desk staff is very unfriendly (The night staff cannot even speak english). I made my reservation with Hotwire and yet the front desk staff wanted to run my credit card and make a hold until... more

We arrived in Flagstaff after dark and booked in to this dump as other hotels were sold out. We should have slept in the car! Everything was filthy. Carpet, bedspread, walls, ceiling , bathroom, sink. No outlet for hairdryer, Puddle on bathroom floor. TV did not work. Very Noisy, paper thin walls. Nearby train very noisy Back parking lot, through... more
