When I say this is above average, remember, I'm not comparing this to a Hilton or Marriott. Think Micro Hotel. It's a small room, but just enough room for an overnight stay. Nice carpet. Comfy bed. The bathroom was small, but had a good shower (water pressure). Televison with lots of cable channels. Close to the interstate, and a few... More

Comparing this place to the Motel 6 (on the same street), this place is outstanding. We booked a room at the Motel 6 a week earlier ... see my review about that motel ... appauling! Blllarrrgh! Found out that snowbowl was closed so we decided to return several days later after a snow storm. Booked in at the Sleep Inn... More

We found our room to be small and clean. Other than a patch of frayed carpet by the threshold to the bathroom and some nail holes near the clothes rack, the room was in good condition. There was a list of cable channels, however, about 20 of them had a snowy reception. The front desk staff were not particular helpful.... More

I stayed at the Sleep Inn one night while traveling from LA to Nebraska. I am a single female in my mid-30's, traveling alone, just with my 2 cats and I am very particular about where I stay. I arrived there around 8pm, the desk clerk was very polite and accommodating in terms of getting me into a ground floor... More

We normally stay in Starwood properties so this was our first AND LAST experience with this company. We arrived at our hotel on September 23rd to find our bed dirty and the sheets torn almost to shreds. When telling the desk manager, Valencia Friday, she said all the sheets were in the wash and there was nothing she could do.... More

We planned to stay for a couple of nights at this hotel but on the first night I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The toilet bowl was dirty. The microwave oven was horrible (traces of stale food inside) as well as the fridge. The dirty old beddings in the pull-out bed was still there and we... More

My family spent two nights at the Sleep Inn in June 2006. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and the freeways, and away from the notorious train noise of Flagstaff. The staff was very friendly, quick and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are quite small, with a shower only - no tub. The sink... More

We live in Phoenix so we head up tp Flagstaff pretty frequently to escape the heat or play in the snow. We normally stay wherever we can find the lowest rates as we don't spend much time in the room. Compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Flagstaff we thought the Sleep Inn was a great value. I... More

I recently stayed at the Sleep Inn. It was graduation weekend and the prices were bumped up. I felt that the facilities, though clean were getting tired and in need of replacement. The rates were pretty high for the amenities available. Staff were very helpful, it appears to be a management downfall here. Mid stay I decided to move across... More
