Hello, thank you for the review! We are thrilled that you had a positive experience at our newly remodeled Sleep Inn! It is true we are part of the new ownership group that purchased this hotel which was formerly the Rodeway Inn. We closed this hotel at the end of December and completely remodeled this hotel. We replaced almost everything... More

Having read the other reviews for this hotel, we would have avoided it like the plague.....i'm glad we didn't! The whole hotel is basic, but at $44 we got exactly what we paid for with some added extras. Free wifi that was reliable and fast and cable tv as well. It also had the bonus of being directly opposite a... More

Upon arrival the girl told us where our room was. You had to wait for her to come over & take care of us because she was too busy to do her job. When we entered the room, it was so small & unkept. Floors were dirty. It smelled. We were supposed to have a queen bed & ended up... More

The room was nice and clean, staff courteous and helpful. Downside is that there was a mouse in the room an it was noticed when I turned in for bed. I saw it and went to the front desk and they immediately moved me to a different room. I really appreciate this gesture. The second room was equally nice and... More

Had a hard time turning around in the room it was so small. Never not seen a tub in a hotel room until that one. I definitely feel violated paying that much money for a dump simply because it was summer and one of Flagstaff's tourist seasons. The jacuzzi was nice.

The room was clean but way out of date. The staff was okay but not upbeat. Breakfast was bare minimum-actually the breakfast was just like the whole facility-in BAD need of updating. When customers have a choice they will not return when there are plenty of nice facilities within a 5 mile radius why go back?

I've stayed in upscale hotels in Manhattan, Miami, L.A., Chicago, and B&Bs, steering away from the reasonably priced chain names expecting unpleasant surprises. The Rodeway has me reconsidering. We had no advance booking as we chose to "play by ear" the second half of our weeklong "Wild West" road trip. Having spent close to $380 for two nights near Grand... More

It was good for what I paid for. Breakfast was free and good. Free parking, you can't beat that. I only stayed one night. The front desk guy only gave u the wifi code if u ask. The indoor pool smells like pure chlorine. It's indoors so your eyes literally burn. Other then that, it was quiet, my room was... More

Rooms are worn and tired. There are no valances on the beds and they look dirty and stained. The carpet in the room and throughout the hotel is worn and dirty. There is free WiFi if you ask!! The breakfast is adequate but nothing to write home about and in a very small place. Although the towels looked old the... More
