When we arrived we were informed that the hotel did not have hot water and would not be repaired until the following afternoon. They comped our room the first night. Our TV in the bedroom did not work. We made several attemps to call the front desk with no answer. The room we stayed in was noisy, it was like... More

Quick 3-day trip to Flagstaff to spend some time with family who had flown to AZ. We all stayed at the Hampton and had a great stay. We were all on the 5th floor and had no issues with traffic noise. We used the internet, had the complimentary breakfast, and loved the shower. Cost a little more than we would... More

Wonderful 3 day stay, breakfast was fabulous, plus they had bagged to-go breakfasts. Excellent room, large bathroom, nice pool (unfortunately the jacuzzi was broken), staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was located near freeway on-ramp causing heavy traffic noise during early morning and late afternoon. We highly recommend staying at this Hampton Inn.

Things were okay but the bed was not like most hamptons, the room was clean and breakfast was good. I did not sleep all night. Also it was very noisy in the hall and the road outside the window. Staff was not as friendly as usual either. I think next time while I usually always stay at Hamptons I will... More

This property, in my opinion, is in a bad location. It's too close to the main highway, and therefore too noisy while trying to sleep. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The property was very clean and attractive. The mattresses were the old-fashioned kind. Not the nice spongy beds I've seen in other Hampton Inn's.

Our family had a wonderful time visiting Flagstaff with so many things to do. The Hampton Inn there was one of the friendliest that we have stayed in. Their complimentary breakfast was great and they had a great staff to keep everything stocked and clean. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is very accessible from both the Interstate 17 and Interstate 40 highways. We traveled easily to places in Flagstaff as well as places farther east (Petrified Forest and Meteor Crater). Our room facing north had a lovely view of the San Francisco Peaks. We all used the hot tub and the large indoor pool for relaxing after our... More

If you have a moving van or vehicle you need close by, don't bother. The Courtyard is safer for vehicles due to location. This hotel is visable from every major street, room is noisey because it borders the busy street, and there is no parking. Our trailer is parked at the gas station lot, and none of the outdoor lights... More

Was placed in a room in the basement floor about 15 feet from a very busy road, right next to elevator, 2 doors down from housekeeping laundry services, and across from the pool. I cannot believe this hotel places guests in the basement next to housekeeping and so close to a busy road. If you were up a few floors... More

We stayed here for Parent's Weekend at Northern Arizona University. As you might suspect, most area hotels were busy. This was no exception, but I was disappointed at the marked-up rate for "adequate" property. Our initial room had a king size bed, but the steel frame had been jury-rigged onto a wooden box which squeeked every time you sat on... More
