We stayed here for Parent's Weekend at Northern Arizona University. As you might suspect, most area hotels were busy. This was no exception, but I was disappointed at the marked-up rate for "adequate" property. Our initial room had a king size bed, but the steel frame had been jury-rigged onto a wooden box which squeeked every time you sat on... More

We frequently stay at Hampton Inns. We have discovered that the quality can vary significantly. This one is fine, but has room for improvement. The room and breakfast were typical, although the bed had a new mattress that was nice and firm. The improvement areas include much better signage off finding the property and quieter housekeeping. From Lockett Road, you... More

Have stayed here a couple of times. What I have found is the staff is friendly but not the most perceptive or willing to do much work. Hampton Inns have Coffee/Hot water at all hours. Someone should be checking levels and temperature of the beverages. Multiple pots were empty at one point and temperature was cool another. Little trash cans... More

My wife and I stayed one night on our way from So. Cal. to Colorado. The front desk staff was great! The room was clean, and the furniture and decor are updated. We will stay here again when we make the same trip in the future.

My daughter and I stayed here with several other families for a soccer tournament in Flagstaff. This hotel was clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast warm and tasty. It was an easy access to the soccer fields, too. I have always had a good experience with Hampton Inn.

We had a family of 4 stay for a weekend at the Hampton Inn. Clean rooms, nice lobby, good breakfast, and friendly staff. The location is close to the soccer fields for our tournament and NAU. We will attempt to stay here in the future. The hotel is located next to a busy street so there was some outside noise... More

This was just a stop off for us on the way to the Grand Canyon, so I simply booked the Hampton knowing that they are usually very clean, up to date (but not anything special) and standardized throughout the country. This Hampton, however, was awful, especially for the $190 per night fee. The air conditioner unit cycled loudly, on and... More

I have stayed at other Hampton Inns in other States and have been very satisfied. This one was OK overall. We were a little disappointed with the hot breakfast on the days we were there. (Sausage gravy, slimy eggs, ugh!) and ended up eating just cereal. We requested a refrigerator and microwave which was brought up immediately but the microwave... More

We stay here for 3 nights. It was ok. The service was good and the room was modest. The mattress made my back sore by morning but the sheets were soft and quiet. Good pillows. Our biggest complaint was the noise and the pathetic breakfast (free with the stay). We would choose a different hotel next time.

Hampton Inn was a great place to stay for our 45th anniversary. Friendly staff and excellent accommodations. Easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend Hampton to anyone wanting to stay in a great hotel at a reasonable price.
