We spent one night here on our road trip out west. When we pulled up it was pitch black out with very little lighting in the tiny parking lot. Our room was absolutely disgusting and smelled musty and moldy. The beds had flat lumpy pillows that stunk of smoke and the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed since the... More

We spent only one night here traveling thru Arizona. Everything about our visit to this hotel was fine. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were nice. And the continental breakfast was good too. We didn't experience any of the noises (people, trains, etc) that some of the other reviews spoke of. I... More

Stopped in, just passing through. Between the people upstairs jumping up and down, the fat, lumpy hard pillows, and the noisiest heater that pulsated and rattled all night long, it was among the worst experiences ever. This hotel is also by a train track. For the money, it was not worth it. You would likely have better luck staying at... More

The rooms were very good. Ours had an AC/heater that was very quiet - no rattling. The staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was good as well. However, the spa and pool experience was horrible. I was here at the same time last year and everything was fine. This time, however, the spa was way over-chlorinated. The fumes burned... More

We stopped here for a few days and had a pretty good stay. The location was easy to get to and close to I-40. The room was a little cramped and outdated, but had a decent view. The heater worked marginally well but it was hard to keep the temperature consistent. The room was somewhat noisy. There was a window... More

JohnC, thank you for your comments. We had a very busy few days during your stay. You are right, we sure did get lots of snow. Our plow company had a struggle because of all of the cars in the lot not being able to move around. The snow is beautiful, but it was our first one of the season... More

Hotel was very nice for the price. It had an indoor pool and Jacuzzi and both were great for the temp...kids loved it. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Hotel served a breakfast full of protein and not just carbs (i.e. eggs, sausage, etc.). Was amazed but the trains did not bother us (family of 5 with kids 7, 5, and... More

Staff did an okay job. Just didn't like how we couldn't figure out how to close the blinds it was hidden behind two sets of drapes. Barley slept all night people upstairs and outside our room were so loud .

Hi and thank you for your review... Our black out shades are tucked back behind the curtains, sometimes a little hard to see unless you pop your head in there. We appreciate your comments on that and we are working with housekeeping to pull them out a tad more for more visibility. We are sorry for the noise issues, but... More

Since a mini-suite not available, I was told I would have a rollaway available. When I arrived @ 8pm, no rollaway was available. Not enough bedding on the bed when 15 degrees outside - needed extra blanket. I got the last available blanket. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was decent.

Thank you for your comments. We apologize that a roll away was not available during your stay. We tend to have lots of families who often need the extra space and our 2 rollway's are often requested ahead of time. I hope that we were able to get you something to help with your additional sleeping needs. We appreciate your... More

The Days Inn and Suites in Flagstaff, AZ wasn't hard to find, but a parking spot was. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel had an elevator which is always a bonus for people like me with a sore hip, bad knees and lots of luggage. The room was very clean. The bathroom was small and the sink... More

Thank you for taking the time to let others know about your stay. Our parking lot at times does become very busy, but we do have a back lot as well as an overflow across the way from our hotel Being we are in a "dark sky city" the lot across the way can sometimes be missed. Sounds like the... More
