We stayed in Flagstaff while driving to CA. The hotel is pet friendly and the staff is extremely nice. The rooms are clean, but the hotel needs an facelift. We have stayed at other residence inns that have been updated, so I am hoping this one will be updated in the future. The location is quiet and the rooms are... more

We stayed in three Residence Inn in one week with our three teenagers. This hotel was probably the best of the three. We used it as a base to see the GCanyon and other sights. We stayed three nights. The hotel was pet friendly but did not have rooms designated for people with allergies. This is a problem. The day... more

I stayed at this property as part of a consulting project in the Flagstaff area that ran from mid-October to mid-December. Since my work often involves more lengthy stays, quality of lodging is very important to me. As Marriott properties go, this facility was not among the best, though the location was pretty nice (across from a golf course, easy... more

The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit was perfect for our needs. Having the shared living room kitchen between the two bedrooms was excellent. The beds were on the hard side but decent and every thing was clean. The breakfast was nothing special, but sufficient. more

I went on a trip to the Grand Canyon with my grandchildren and stayed at this hotel. The surrounding areas is beautiful and the overall appearance of the hotel is nice. The staff seemed pleasant enough. When we arrived we were shown to a room that had trash outside the door that was not picked up. I called the desk... more

I've never stayed in a Residence Inn before, though frequently stay in Marriotts so I'm a platinum member with this hotel chain. My wife and I were visiting the Grand Canyon and saw that this hotel was well recommended so chose it over some of the alternative Marriotts for a single night stay (paid using points) The hotel upgraded us... more

We booked a 2 bedroom suite expecting it to be of the same standards of other Residence Inns. However, we were disappointed. Mold in the bathroom, trash outside our entry door, bubble gum stuck in the bedroom carpet and a moldy smell in all the rooms. We had booked for three nights but left after one. We unsuccessfully looked for... more

We were here for 3 nights in the middle of April 2008. The hotel is located on the east side of Flagstaff right off I40. Very easy access to and from I40. There is a Safeway grocery store and the Flagstaff Mall about 1 mile away. It is about 15 miles from Sunset Crater. The Flagstaff Visitor Center is about... more

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of March, have to confirm the other reviews this is a great hotel. Checkin was very professional and welcoming. Our room was huge with an open fireplace, we heeded previous reviews and didn't light it though as the room heating was adequate. Full kitchen, televisions in both bedrooms and the lounge,... more
