This is our favorite Flagstaff hotel so far, even when travelling with young children. The Sleep Number Bed was fantastic.. best night's sleep ever at a hotel. The staff was friendly, the girl that checked us in our first evening was extremely wonderful ( I wish I could remember her name, she deserves kudos). I only wish room service was... more

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, even going back to when it was the BestWestern Woodlands Plaza Hotel. Our most recent stay was June 12 - 14, 2009 for Flagstaff Pride Weekend. The best thing about this property is the location. It is located close to Downtown, has easy Fwy access from the west via... more

First, let us say thank you for your ongoing patronage and support of our hotel. We truly appreciate it. We're glad that you find our location convenient and our sleep number beds comfortable. Thank you for bringing to our attention the concerns regarding employee noise being heard from certain rooms. This is an easily resolved concern, but we were unaware...

We were travelling route 66 and stopped here to visit the Canyon. We got a suite in the main building . This was great for us because we had not booked. Room service meals were spot on, Bed was spot on, Room was newly renovated and spot on. Staff were helpful and polite. Thanks. I Noted a few conference rooms... more

You may find this hotel a convenient stop-over, but don't expect anything more than overpriced basics. The "suite" we had was poorly designed, very narrow and cramped, with dated appointments and furniture. Although there was free WiFi, it did not make up for the service (we asked and tipped housekeeping for more than two bath towels to no avail). Windows... more

Thank you for your candid comments - we are saddened that you didn't enjoy the parlor suite experience - 2 rooms, one bed room connected by a small hallway with a living room and pull-out sofa. Though the size does accommodate most guests, we understand your concerns regarding the furnishings and we are excited that we will be including flat...

We stopped at this hotel back in Febuary 2006 whilst visiting the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas and it was great then so we decided to stop here again in 2008, but this time with family, as we were getting wed in Vegas and then taking our parents to see the Grand Canyon. We booked 3 nights in May. We... more

We picked this place because they have the sleep number beds. We wanted to try one out. It is a little overpriced but it was comfortable and had everything you need. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is I ordered the internet on the tv and couldn't get it to work. Ended up at the business center in the... more

We stayed at the Radisson before we departed on a rafting trip down the Grand Canyon. We got a group discount through the rafting company Canyon Explorations, and I believe the price for a double room was about $89. The room is absolutely what you would expect for a large chain. It was very clean, furnishings were up-to-date, nothing too... more

Only stayed one night but we were very impressed with the comfortable bed and nice rooms.Dinner at the hotel was fairly expensive and the service was not very good. Decided to walk down town to Galaxy Diner for breakfast next morning. The service there was not brilliant it seems only one person was serving so it was slow. The actual food was... more

Thank you for your comments regarding our rooms - we've been working hard on keeping them updated and comfortable. I would, however, like to extend my sincerest apology for the service in the Woodlands Pacific Rim restaurant. I cashed in Radisson points for two nights as part of my Navajoland road trip. Drove into Flag from Lost Wages (a nice drive). This was my first stay in Flag in any hotel. I was expecting something a little more flashy, being this is a full-service hotel, and the only one in my itinerary, and in hindsight, I wished... more
