Good choice for Flagstaff. Enjoyed our accommodations and loved Flagstaff. A bit chilly but nice. Price was good and staff friendly. Would recommend as convenient to interstate. There are also many restaurants to choose from and close to NAU.

This hotel is very good whether you want to spend some days at historical route 66 or you need to take a course at NAU. Breakfast contains what is necessary for you to get energy, service is efficient, and facilities are convinient. Highly recommended.

I would not stay here again. We asked to look at a room, which we ALWAYS do, and when we got back down to the front desk, the other desk clerk had rented it!! There was no elevator for the second floor, so we had to carry all our stuff up the stairs. We could not get the room cooled,... More

Looks shady from the outside. Wasn't sure I wanted to stay there. Seems rather old. Might be hard to find as the driveway is tucked in between other businesses and the hotel is up on a hill behind a gas station. When you walk in, there is a weird, nasty smell. There are two floors and no elevator- all indoor... More

We found this hotel in the hotelcoupons booklet for $60. We were dining at Olive garden a couple of blocks away and they told us it was close. Only problem is that its on a hill behind a gas station and the entrance is not well marked. Had been a long day at the Canyon and it offered full breakfast... More

Stayed here because it was the only place that had vacancy. This place needs serious updating. Upon walking into the the lobby the pungent smell punched me in the face. It smelled like the cat lady's home. The second thing i noticed were the chairs behind the front desk had terrible amounts of stains all over it. After checking in... More

I did not realize when we booked online that I'd stayed in this place once before -- last March while visiting the Grand Canyon. Not only was it the same hotel. I got put into the same room!!! Since we'd been traveling all day, all we wanted was a good night sleep! The room was clean; the bed was firm,... More

We stayed there 2 nights. Needs updating as it has an old feel to it. the strangest thing is their breakfast. It is served in the lobby with limited room, but has plenty of space to go eat on the second floor. Did not make since to serve down stairs when it had a large place upstairs. Maybe because of... I booked a block of rooms for our soccer team. We were able to get a good rate, and the hotel was located near NAU, which was where our team would be playing. A few weeks before, my husband and I happened to be in Flagstaff and decided to check out the hotel. We drove past it a few times... More

This is only just average in my book. The staff were great and very friendly. But the property is in dire need of an uplift throughout. Investment will pay off as its in a good location. Breakfast is a bit odd - you collect your self service food in the reception area then carry it up a flight of stairs... More
