Front desk staff was always very helpful and friendly. We were on the 2nd floor at the far end of the hotel. Large room, okay bathroom, questionable spot on the floor, which was still damp from a cleaning attempt. Nice and quiet. Breakfast is better than some in this price range in that it includes scrambled eggs and sausage. Entrance... More

This hotel is pet friendly but perhaps a bit pricey (for the pet fee). We were placed on the first floor and we were traveling with a very scared cat. The space under the bed was blocked, which was a very good thing, as we didn't have to drag the poor cat out from underneath the bed the next morning.... More

This hotel sits behind a gas station and was a little confusing when I first pulled up. It's easy to miss the drive and turn down the street (which won't get you to the hotel) instead of using the gas station turn in. This hotel is an older hotel. They were having the carpets cleaned while we ere there, but... More

We went to other hotels but they were booked, we we're referred to the Quality inn, so we stopped by. The front desk folks were very nice, they gave us a good deal using our AAA, AARP etc. The room was clean, but the color of the wall was awful I know that sounds petty but believe me it was... More

This was the only hotel that had an opening during our visit to the Grand Canyon. We arrived around 9:30 at night. As with the other reviews, it is difficult to find. You must turn into the gas station, then travel behind the gas station to get to the entrance. We were greeted by two college kids, who were extremely... More

After getting off the freeway, start looking between the trees for this hotel, as Flagstaff has all kinds of non-business friendly regulations for signage, and if the business does not trim the trees, their sign could be covered up and not seen. Luckily, they share a driveway and after driving by twice, we were able to find it. But they... More

Not cheap and not particularly nice place near the University of Northern Arizona and convenient to the Grand Canyon. Only one ice machine, weird patches of carpet on the floor. But the staff was nice, which is a bonus. Good for a very short stay only.

The hotel is old and our room was dirty. We could hear our neighbors opening and closing the doors and walking down the hall. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We only stayed one night as we were passing through Flagstaff. We probably won't stay here again when we return to the area.
