i stayed 2 nights at quality inn during july 2009. the room has no thermostat control for guests. there is a sign on the wall that states there are 2 settings: heat or air. the hotel controls the overall temperature & the unit can be shut off if desired. our room remained a toasty 77 degrees during our 2 night... more

After staying 2 nights at the hotel and discovering there would be inclement weather the next 2 days we decided to end our scheduled 4 day vacation 2 days early. In contrast to the previous review, I stayed at this motel and was very pleased. It was very clean, the staff very friendly, and a convenient location (no train noise, often a problem in Flagstaff). The breakfast was so-so--toast, muffins, cereal. more
