Just what we expect from this chain. Clean room, good price and no frills. It just works as it should. Other chains should learn from this. You need to keep refreshing your rooms. You cannot expect a room to be used hundreds of times a year and not keep updating and repairing things.

Yes, it is inexpensive and you get what you pay for. Tiny rooms, tiny (and super stiff/rough) towels, no coffee in room. Lackluster cleanliness. That said, it wasn't horrible but I'd definitely look around a little before making this choice again. It appears to be more a long term "worker" accommodation.

Front desk staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful with check in and giving directions. Smallish rooms with two double beds were clean and recently remodeled. Wood-laminate floors might make for a noise issue in bottom-floor rooms (ours was on second floor). $3.00 Wi-Fi with only fair reception. Decent free morning coffee and plenty of parking . Convenient location just... More

Clean room, very helpful and friendly staff. Clean. Two double beds in a small room, not the most comfortable room for 4 adults on a roadtrip. Had to pay $3 for a wi-fi that was not very reliable. Quiet area, close to lots of restaurants and fast-food places. Would stay again but only if I travel alone of with one... More

Arrived to find the sink in #308 totally plugged. Floor had debris throughout. Fecal residue in the toilet. Shower mat appeared to be washed in engine oil. Combination light/fan in bathroom was hanging and sounded like a jet engine that was about to blow. No ice in the hotel's main ice machine. Elevator has never been cleaned and surrounding external... Stayed here two nights and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. It's in a good location, with good restaurants close by. The room was clean and comfortable with a flat screen TV and a good selection of channels. My dealings with the front desk were with friendly and accommodating. It was a good value for the price and... More

Stayed there last night and found the room to be clean, recently refurbished and quiet. Comfortable beds and the basics you'd expect. One minor niggle was that it was impossible to get hot water in the shower without reducing water pressure and the second was that it took three conversations with reception to get Wi-Fi arranged and then although it... I thought I had been attacked by mosquitoes, but my itchy red welts are in linear and triangle patterns on either sides of my face, under my chin, on back of my neck, and on both arms. Besides the Bed Bug Bites, which I have to take steps now to prevent contamination of my car, home, and belongings, this Motel... More

In Flagstaff hotels can be a little pricy and this one is a great value. They are in the process of remodeling all the rooms and the decor is quite modern for a Motel 6 and the new laminate floors are really nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was perfectly clean. For a place to crash for a night... More

You could perform open heart surgery in this motel room. The entire room was newly rehabbed with polished faux wood floors, a new bathroom, and new furnishings. When you walk in, it's clear-- whoever is running this motel chain has finally understood that the design of the room must be sustainably clean. No surface can show wear. No surface can... More
