Stayed one night on our way to Vegas. Check in was quick and efficient. Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Our room was a bit narrow but not a problem. The Good - The room was clean, breakfast was very good. (Eggs, bacon, pancakes and all manner of pastries and cereals etc.), they kept cold water and coffee available all day. Very nice stay at Holiday Inn Express, Flagstaff. Felt welcome at check-in. Hotel and room were very clean and up to date. Very good hot breakfast. Will stay there again when we are in the area.We experienced none of the things some bad reviews spoke of.
