For a HI Express, this location and room was just okay. The three front desk staff seemed a little overwhelmed by the busy-ness of travelers check-ins and requests. They appeared irritated with guests. The room was small and had a king bed with sofa sleeper. No bedding was provided for the sofa sleeper so we had to request it -... more

For the money, this hotel was pretty good. The rooms were good, the beds were comfy, and unlike some people, the trains didn't bother us at all. My son was in the pool just about every day. The buffet was good, there was enough selection that noone in our family started the day hungry. Another person suggested it, but by... more

A train track runs right through the center of Flagstaff. There is an explanation of the history and sets of earplugs in the room. WE did not use the plugs and DID NOT HEAR THE TRAINS! The front desk was friendly and helpful, the room was clean. We had a great meal at Josephine's. I recommend both the hotel and... more

Short overnight stay on my way from CA to Dallas. Convenient location. Nice Clean but busy place. Very friendly and helpful staffs. There is a Denny just across the parking lot. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay there again. more

When we checked in, the check in was ok, but longer than i expected it to be as the receptionist had to ask the manager several times during the process. Once in the room, we were surprised that it was cramped and quite smaller than we'd expected, even with the 2 Queen beds. Also, the overall condition of the room... more

The setting is less than scenic, a sea of concrete all around, but delivers the goods and there's not much in Flagstaff to choose from. The pool is only so - so. We joined their Priority Members on line just before we booked and saved $5 a night. We spent three days, the beds were plush and extremely comfortable. Be... more

We stayed here while in Flagstaff for a family wedding. My wife had stayed here before, and this was the "host" hotel for the out of towners. The room was small compared to other Holiday Inn Express' I've stayed in, but wasn't bad at all. Our room overlooked the train tracks, and the back of the property. My wife is... more

the rooms were clean and comfortable, the complementary breakfast was delicious, the hotel was relatively close to every thing but didn't necessarily have that great a view, and the pool was small but i have to say it was a great stay for me and my family and only about a one and a half hour drive to the grand... more

I have stayed at other HI Express hotels, and this one it typical. It needs a little facelifting - the door to our room had crack and paint chipping. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I was very annoyed with the internet access - wireless ONLY. I specifically inquired about this before booking, as I carry my work... more
