Stayed here for business. The room was clean, quiet, and unbelievably roomy; I didn't expect to have two rooms (living area with couch, TV, refrigerator and wet bar with granite [faux] counter tops). This place was incredibly relaxing to come home to for the night and decompress/unwind, as I was in Flagstaff for a conference. I was unable to really... more

Stayed here June 9, 2009 for one night. We thought the hotel was great. It is a converted Comfort Suites therefore no huge atrium, but so what. Still had a nice suite and great breakfast. The check-in went smooth. Room was nice. We had the complimentary drinks which is where the one problem began...explained later. We had a comfortable sleep... more

Good for families: good b'fast, free eve drinks. Rooms are 2* but great for the $119 we paid. The big problem, like everything in central Flagstaff, is the constant train noise all night long. more

Very good value for money, good breakfasts with excellent "Starbucks"coffee. Depends what time you have breakfasts it can get a bit busy, but everone is polite so there is no real issues. Daily evening managers cocktail reception (5.30 - 7.30) a fantastic surprise with a good choice of beers and cocktails. Red, White and Rose wines quite drinkable. OK the... more

Embassy Suites usually has the bedroom separated from the sleeping quarters, as it did here. This is nice so the wife and kids can go to bed while I surf the 'net or watch tv, and I don't have to worry about keeping them up. The room in Flagstaff was fine (3rd floor), with no cosmetic issues. The hotel lounge,... more

Although we only stayed one night at the Embassy Suites, Flagstaff, I was very impressed by the hotel. The Executive Suite we booked was clean, large, and comfortable. Not the newest furnishings or decor, but that didn't matter because the existing furnishings were clean and everything worked as it should. The separate bedroom had a pocket door which closed, allowing... more

I often stay at Embassy Suites throughout the USA and this one is just average and not up to the usual standards. I arrived on a Saturday evening and the manager's reception was packed with people standing and sitting all over the lobby and reception area. The staff was cordial and tried to get everyone their drinks in spite of... more

The bright moment of our stay was at check in when we were warmly welcomed by a young gentleman with a wonderful smile. He was very helpful and efficient, as were all the staff. As we walked to our room we noticed the old, faded and stained carpet in the hallways which looked like they needed to be vacuumed. Our... more

Somewhat disappointed with the hotel. Photo's make it look quite a bit more up-to-date than it actually is. Upon check-in, the non-smoking room I entered had a strong odor of smoke. Called the front desk and the clerk changed my room with no problem and agreed that the former room did smell of smoke. The room I was moved to... more
