We are retired and travel frequently. Rarely do we leave such a poor review. Where to even begin .... First, Wifi did not work in room 107. I volunteer with a nonprofit and needed to work on class material. Website advertises High Speed Wireless Internet in rooms. Manager stated, "it is not guaranteed". Hotel is listed as pet friendly, but... More

The outside of the property was immaculate, very nice. The lobby area was clean and neat. As we walked down the hall and into the room, we noticed that the carpet and other aspects of the hotel, looked like it they needed updating. The room looked clean but a bit rundown. The pool was very nice! And breakfast was as... More

This hotel was a good value. Stayed two nights when going to the Grand Canyon. There are plenty if restaurants and has stations near the property. The rooms were clean- nothing fancy and perhaps a bit dated, but clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was better than it is at most econo-lodges. They had cereal, pastries, waffles, etc. The coffee... More

The pictures made the place look MUCH better than it really was. The hallways had a funny smell, and the shower had a gas station-style hand soap dispenser in it? Okay. And we're still a little baffled at why the front desk person balked about putting my wife and I on the same floor as the couple who were traveling... More

Excellent experience at check in. Couldn't have been more professional. Room was clean. TV and wi fi were good. Small breakfast area but only 3 tables were taken when we arrived. We only stopped for 1 night but would be happy to stay there again.

Maybe it is just room 37, but it was filthy. The carpet was so bad I kept my flip flops on to walk on it. The bathtub was so grungy I kept my flip flops on to shower. We hadn't expected to spend the night in Flagstaff, but got caught on the road late, and needed to stop for safety.... More

I don't think you have the right property as we don't serve any sort of meat items in our breakfast. We are in the process of renovation and appreciate the feedback. More

My boyfriend and I stayed the night here, while on a business road trip. The next morning, we left in a hurry to keep our schedule. It wasn't until we were almost out of the state, that I realized I had left my ring behind, next to the sink. The ring was very important to me, and in a panic,... More

We needed an inexpensive stay in Flagstaff and booked a room here for under $60, taxes included. The employees were very nice. The room was small but well kept. We had a nice, quiet sleep. Internet and breakfast was free. Not a huge selection of food but plenty to eat. Very nice place for our one night stay.

Next door didn't have any vacancies so we walked across to the Econolodge . We were warmly greeted by a very friendly young woman . We had our choice of floors and chose the top .
