... It was very busy when we checked in... Had reservations for 2 rooms. The owner took care of us personally.... he was wonderful. The rooms were fine - just normal.... Went down for breakfast the next morning, and it had been cleaned out. It was about 8:15 am. the owner came in and let me know that they had... more

I have stayed in Flagstaff over the years and found this hotel to be a good value and much quieter than many others near the railroad tracks on the main drag. Visitors making online reservations need to beware of hotels on the main drag (old Route 66) that offer great prices; you find yourself awoken several times at night by... more

I checked in after I booked my room on Travelocity. We didnt get in to Flagstaff till late after a long day at the canyon. The pool was still open which was great, they had a little steam room which I found to be interesting considering I have stayed at other econo lodges and not very many have steam rooms.... more

I made my reservations back in August 08, my family and I went to my goddaughters graduation at the university. When we arrived to the hotel they ran the room rate which was twice as much as they quoted back in August, my husband argued with the rude lady that was working the front desk within in a short time... more

I am not surprised at the negative reviews here... after all, the owner is also the owner of the Americanna Inn in Flagstaff...an absolute dilapidated slum hotel that honestly needs to be condemned. I was transferred (given credit, but refused refund) to the Econo after I refused to stay at the Americanna because of the filthy conditions. At any rate,... more

I made a trip to Flagstaff last year with three boys and we stayed at a nicer place that had a pool and a hot breakfast. They wanted to go again this year, but the place we stayed last year was charging a lot, so I decided this place had an indoor pool and breakfast, and a suite for a... more

The moment we went into The room, there were chips all over the floor. without unpacking, immediately told the front desk to clean it, they accused us of littering. They were very rude. Cleaner was not present, Manager went into the room to clean. Since we were at the front desk, not knowing he went into the room without us...My... more
