I've written 2 other reviews for this place but I think I'm done because this place continues to have problems. In my first review, I listed how dirty the rooms were, TV reception was poor and had no closed captioning, parking was dangerous, ice machine didn't work and staff was rude. In second review, things had improved. Room was clean... More

Dear guest: Thank you for providing us with this TripAdvisor review! We appreciate your honest feedback. However, we must sincerely apologize for the issues you've continued to experience. We're going through an extended renovation (which is scheduled to be completed before peak-season this summer!), and it has clearly influenced the aforementioned problems. We're very sorry to hear about your negative... More

To be honest we weren't expecting much from this stay, it was such a cheap room that as long as it was clean, everything worked and it wasn't like the Capri Motel in Kansas City (look it up for a laugh) then we would have been happy. We were in fact very pleasantly surprised. The girl who checked us in... More

I've stayed at this hotel several times a year for the last few years. I think it's under new ownership now. The lobby was redesigned and redecorated. It looks great and can actually seat more than ten people at a time. I don't know what the "continental" breakfast was. Plenty of places nearby to eat at. The clerk told me... More

The hotel was ok because of the price. The internet didn't work on my laptop (but did on my wife's). The one major standout was the service. I guess it all depends on who you get, but our check-in clerk, Delaney (hope I'm spelling it right), was among the best I've had (I stay in hotels 50-70 nights a year).... More

The rooms were not clean, the price was higher than what I found online. The front desk service was awful. The toilet seat was on the ground next to the toilet. There was hair on bathroom sink and floors.

This EconoLodge apparently is updating their rooms. I heard them apologizing to someone for the condition of their room. We were satisfied with our room. We had a king size bed, the room was clean. The pillows were BAD, Breakfast was just cereal, toast. Week day rates were very reasonable.

She was mopping her own office floor and many of her hotel room doors were open...no maids around . I think the family was too check to hire maids...cleaned the rooms... More

This hotel has amazing improvement! We stayed here in summer of 2014 and it was undergoing much needing renovation. The front office was a mess. We returned here again because of location and price. I was amazed at the improvements! New AC features, great wooden furniture, and the bathroom was very nice. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting... More

My wife and I used stay at this motel for years everytime we needed an overnight stay in Flagstaff. It was a nice place for the money; but, over the last 4 years it really deteriorated. What it was like our last stay there in 2013 was this ; 1) the carpet was old and filthy, 2) the pillows were... More

Hotel is not too expensive, if you book online. Situated in the center of town, very close to the university. Very good parking, free wifi, even in the rooms. Everything looked okay, bed was comfy, bathroom was good, flat tv, etc. all around, very acceptable. Breakfast included, though a bit minimal; not even cream cheese for the toast, but small... More
