We stayed at Abineau Lodge for two days to attend our granddaughters wedding which was held on the property. We truly enjoyed our stay. The place is beautiful, the rooms and gathering areas were great. We can't say enough good things about their staff especially Sandra. She is a joy and took good care of us. The breakfasts and service... More

February escape trip, visiting some friends in the area and we opted to check out this B&B. This is about 15 minutes out of Flagstaff, close to a very small town. A great porch, wine bar, clean and comfortable accommodations. Breakfast was very good, nothing exotic but good. Bonus, they have dog kennel space for a small fee if we... More

My daughter and I stayed at the Abineau Lodge for 4 nights in March. It was quiet and relaxing and the breakfast that is included was great. I called before we arrived to inquire about hair dryers in the room and was told one would be available upon request. I forgot to ask for one while checking in and the... More

This is by far a better place to stay in the Flagstaff area rather than a "chain hotel/motel". Quiet and peaceful. So dark at night you can enjoy stargazing! Wendy (the owner) is a very interesting person to visit with. She also knows how to run a successful B & B!...very customer oriented. Room was decorated tastefully in a north... More

Abineau Lodge is a lovely building in some beautiful woods. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was really delicious, and Wendy was very helpful with our tourist decisions in the morning. We would like to go back there.

Some time ago, I realized that the reason I prefer B&B's to traditional hotels is the personal touch and contact you find in the former. When you check out of a good B&B, the warm feeling you have is about the people you met there, rather than say, the decor, or the indecent amount of money spent. Abineau's charm comes... More

Fabulous! This was my second stay at Abineau Lodge and I could not have been happier. Well appointed rooms, location is great and the staff is excellent! The breakfasts are delicious (make sure Sandra makes her vanilla pancakes). So if your planning a trip to Flagstaff save yourself some time exit 333 and stay at the Abineau Lodge.

My daughter and I had a little getaway. The service was wonderful. We liked that the locations was approximately 5 miles out of Flagstaff. Close enough to enjoy the town, but remote enough to relax. Everyone was so friendly. We would stay again.

We like to stay in B&b's that reflect our destinations AND provide top-notch experiences. Abineau Lodge B&B's rural setting and rustic decor felt right after a day at the Grand Canyon. Very convenient, off Rte 17 just south of Flagstaff, though a little tricky to spot in the dark. Get there by dusk! Just as welcome were the warm hearth... More

Thank you for the excellent review! We are glad you enjoyed your room, the snow, and our breakfast while visiting the Flagstaff area. Thank you for mentioning that yogurt would be a nice addition to our homemade granola, it is a great idea! I also enjoyed your visit as you both were great to chat with. More
