Very clean, comfortable rooms and nice lobby area. Cordial employees. I would most definitely stay again. Minuses were the overwhelming smell of fried chicken throughout lobby and hallways (even on second story)--which I am assuming was a one-time situation, and the absence of anything but cardio in the fitness room coupled with the somewhat inconvenient hours for the fitness room... I've traveled A LOT during my career and this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are very spacious, clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The complementary breakfast and evening "snacks" helped greatly in lowering the cost of the trip. My sister and I went hysterical when we were told that we could have up to 3... More

We stayed at the Drury's inn in flagstaff for five nights at the end of August to the beginning of September 2011 and found it very convenient to walk to the historical centre from. On arrival we were allowed to check in early which was great. The breakfast and evening 'kickback' was a nice touch, but having almost the same... More

My husband, daughter and I stayed here over labor day weekend while visiting our daughter at NAU. One night is all I could I could take. This is the worst, noisest, and most uncomfortable hotel on the planet. It was a holiday weekend so I expected the hotel would be full but I did not expect to hear every door... More

Thank you for your comments regarding your stay with us in Flagstaff. We apologize for the heavy traffic in the hotel over Labor Day weekend, which led to the sound of doors throughout the night. Regarding our bathrooms not having door locks, that is more of a safety feature for children that may get themselves locked in the bathroom and... More

This is a nice hotel, but if you want to sleep, DO NOT stay here. The doors to rooms do not have pneumatic closers and if there is a rude person staying on your floor (as there was during our stay). Doors can SLAM all night long, and the staff do not want to be bothered checking out the problem.... More

Thank you for your feedback regarding your past stay in Flagstaff. We apologize that you experienced noise issues during your stay. A barking dog throughout the night is certainly frustrating. While we are a pet friendly hotel, we require all pet owners to register their pet with us upon check-in and we don't hesitate to contact the owner if we... More

We stayed here 2 nights. We checked in after a long day (and hike) at the Grand Canyon. We were tired and sore and just wanted to rest and recoup. Check in was fast and the man at the check in counter was friendly. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had good TV and internet service (which was important to... More

What a great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We were able to walk all over the old downtown from our hotel. The "happy hour" was a real treat! Everything was great. We would definitely go back.

We spent only 1 night but we were very impressed with this hotel and probably what is the chain effort. The staff is amazingly professional, polite, and even congenial. Where did they find these people? We stayed the evening before school opens at NAU so the place was full of students and parents. Apparently they are fully booked almost all... More

In Flagstaff you have so many choices - tons of little Mom & Pop 50's style motels, larger chain motels like the Comfort Inn, Hamton Inn, Super 8, etc and some lesser known ones like the Drury Inn. We stayed for 3 nights and here are some things we liked: Great location - away from the stop and go traffic... More

This is our first stay with Drury. Couldn't ask for a nicer stay. Traveling with my daughter from Canada we arrived late & greeted with a warm welcome. Stayed 4 nights, room clean, quiet (even with neighbors on both sides & dogs in the hotel). Free breakfast; everything from waffles, cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt, sausage, eggs.....get the idea. Bonus was... More
