Stayed one night in this hotel - which was fine and functional - as we were catching the 04.35 Amtrak train. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the train station and the university campus. The rooms were adequate, although the dark decor is a little gloomy. Appreciated the popcorn machine in the lobby, the convenience of the 'in-house'... More

I stayed one night in this establishment early March as part of Topdeck tour arrangement. And I have to say this hotel exceeds my expectation. First of all, the first impression is very nice in the lobby. They have a wall furnace that looks very cosy and homely. The room is quite spacious with good amenities. Cleanliness is perfect. Friendly... More

Stayed here recently for a couple of nights while I toured Norther Arizona University with my High School Senior. The location could not have been better as it is adjacent to the school property. The front desk staff was very courteous and efficient with check in. The lobby is pleasant with a rustic atmosphere. As mentioned in several other reviews,... More

We travel with our two dogs sometimes. We googled dog friendly places near Flagstaff and came up with Drury Inn and decided to try it. Wow, what a find! They are super dog friendly. It's by a college so there are areas of grass and they provide dog poop bags too. The parking is a covered ramp with a skyway... More

This a typical Drury hotel - clean, convenient, great staff but pricey. Parking was limited. Great evening hospitality - 3 alcohol drinks per person and heavy snacks (a meal really - hot dogs, chili, etc). However, the dining area was very crowded and it was generally understaffed in the evening and morning. The garbage was overflowing, no one was cleaning... More

The hotel, from most outward appearances, seemed rather new. Nice exterior. Nice lobby. But once you enter the room you feel like you went back in time 5 or 10 years. Don't get me wrong, things were clean and orderly. I think it was the '70's wood paneling in the closet that brought back memories of growing up in my... More

We have been through Flagstaff many times but have never stayed at the Drury until last week. It was in an area that I have never been to, right at the end of Northern Arizona university, and our view was of the old brick buildings of the school. It was very quiet and pretty. We reserved the king suite which... More

Booked this hotel through husband's employer's list of approved hotels. Heard through the grapevine it was nice, but only saw pictures online. When we pulled up I loved the location and the curb appeal. Check in was seamless, and when I was informed of all the extras that come with being a guest of Drury's, I was even more impressed.... Literally 5 minutes after my family and I checked out, I returned to the room in search for an ipad my 5 year old son left behind (Checked out of room #527, 3/24/14). A housekeeper by the name of Rachel was in the room just getting started. I asked her if she had seen a black ipad my son left... More

Unfortunately, our housekeeper did not know if you were the guest registered to the room when... More

This is the nicest, cleanest Drury Inn I have ever been to! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Bryan who was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and he made a point to speak to us every time he saw us. Our room was immaculate. The bedding and towels were fresh and the carpet was clean. This... More
