This family friendly resort is built on expansive acreage with nothing around for miles; no nearby stores, restaurants, or gas stations although there are four restaurants at the resort as well as a gift shop. Downtown Flagstaff is 28 miles away, a thirty minute drive. The décor throughout is gorgeous, artistic, and represents various aspects of nature. The rooms offer... More

We had reservations for a Saturday night. Everyone we encountered (with the exception of casino personnel) was friendly and helpful. We ate at the cafe and enjoyed the food and service. We used the fitness room and the indoor pool. The room was clean, spacious, with a great tv, nice toiletries, large fluffy towels, high thread count bedding, wonderful shower... More

We visited this Casino Hotel in May of 2014. Had reservations, drove up towards the front, valet's came out, told us Handicapped parking was way over to the other side of the hotel. Had to park distance away, no help offered from valets. Were told not to park to unload near the front door, no other cars were there. Room... More

Twin Arrows opened in May 2013. Some of the previous reviews reflected negative remarks that I believe are just "growing pains". This is a very nice hotel; spacious rooms, comfortable bed, large bathroom with double sinks and a giant shower, large, thirsty towels, nice amenities. The room has a Keurig, complementary Dasani water, safe iron, refrigerator, nice TV with large... More

Excellent stay at the Twin Arrows resort. Check in was easy and we were upgraded to a Mountain View room at no charge. What a beautiful view in the morning before the rain started. The room was very modern, spotless and comfortable. The bedding and pillows were high quality and perfect. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious. No complaints with... More

We were trying to find a place to stop for the night so we took a chance on this place. What a beautiful hotel & casino. Very clean room, the casino itself is very nice. We had a drink in their sports bar and all the staff was very nice. In fact everyone we have encountered has been great. Will... More

We loved our stay. Very friendly staff. Clean and beautiful rooms. We did not go for the casino but the surrounding attractions. Would definitely stay there again. It is a great place to stay to see the meteor crater, Lowell's Observatory, and then to go to the Grand Canyon. We received a great rate for a very nice hotel experience.
